El personal nada amable, la ubicación en cuanto a la habitación, llegamos el sábado y en esa noche tuve que escribir por qué no se podía dormir por el ruido se oía los mensajes o audios de la recepcionista ...le manifesté por el chat la solicitud de cambiar de habitación para la siguiente noche y a pesar de recordarle al recepcionista no obtuvimos respuesta y anoche fue exactamente igual ....la cama son dos camas unidas y no tiene por encima el colchón que las une entonces se hace un hueco muy incómodo, no hicieron repaso a la habitación ni cambiaron toallas y mucho menos sábanas......el desayuno por partes o incompleto el domingo y hoy lunes no cambio ......tienen muchas cosas a favor Pero el personal no tiene ese don de servicio ni empatía con los huéspedes

Sólo tienen dos personas en la cocina y brindaron pocas opciones, porque no había más. primera vez que sucede esto cambiaron el personal, el restaurante estaba mal organizado, no habían sillas para sentarse

Cons:

Cuando ingresamos al hotel, la atención que tuvo la señora con nosotros, antipática.
El ascensor lleva dañado muchísimo tiempo, no sirve
El desayuno es muy diferente a la foto que muestra en booking, unos huevos, galleta con mermelada, 2 pedazos de piña y café.
La cama eran dos camas pequeñas pegadas, era incómodo dormir con mi pareja ya que se sentía el hueco
