Очень долго подбирал отель и не прогодал! Комфортные номера, супер вежливый персонал, отличное месторасположение, вкусный завтрак. Приезжали на новогодние праздники и все было супер. С большим удовольствием вернемся летом

Отличное расположение в центре города, всё в пешей доступности.
Сам отель неплохой, но есть небольшие минусы, такие как слышимость между номерами.

Отличный Отель, удобная парковка, хорошее состояние отеля, чистота. Хорошая шумоизоляция.
Расположение хорошее, для поездки на авто в самый раз. До Кремля минут 15 пешком. Удобный подземный паркинг. Если там аншлаг, то специальный сотрудник все "разруливает". В отеле трепетно соблюдают режим безопасности при пандемии - у шведского стола только в маске, на ресепшн тоже. Номер просторный, кровать огроменная - можно потеряться. Удобно, чисто, спокойно. Завтрак отличный, все есть в достатке, яйца бенедикт великолепные, очень рекомендую. Ужинали два раза, отлично. Конина супер.

Great hotel in all respects! Breakfast buffet had about 50 items, the room had free bathroom robes, slippers, tooth brushes, and excellent daily service
Location is pretty good, staff was kind and helpful.
This stay was an extension but it is because it truly is the best hotel in Kazan.
I'll add more. The organizers that manage logistics for Portugal with Ronaldo and Argentina with Messi chose this hotel. The breakfast is quite good, the rooms are large and comfortable, everything works, and the service staff are very helpful and friendly. If you really want to be within walking distance to the Kremlin and Embankment, I'd consider the Courtyard Marriot but otherwise this hotel is within walking distance to Baumann street which is the main shopping district with excellent restaurants and street entertainment.
I would recommend not getting a south facing room in the summer due to the heat and checking the wifi in your room. I had one room where I was in between two access points and the wifi was slow because it kept switching.
Upgraded to Deluxe room because I had to extend my stay and they ran out of standard rooms. My review stands. Excellent hotel.
