Large, handicapped room. Would be nice if there had been a sofa in addition to the chair in the room.
We were happy that we could invite our grandkids to come and enjoy the pool with us during our stay.
We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not operational, since that was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It would have been good to have been informed of this when the confirmation letter was sent.
We would have appreciated an easy chair in the room, rather than a hide-a-bed and office chair. We found neither of the seating options comfortable for watching TVl

Nice stay, clean front desk was nice
The shuttle was full so we had to uber to the airport Thad the whole reason why we booked. Then I he shuttle driver was rude and yelled at our uber driver when he picked us up for parking in wrong spot for a minute.
Also breakfast would have been nice
Great customer service from Garrett at the front desk, assist us with information on the park and pay for the week while we were away and also made arrangements for the shuttle to take us to the airport.
The shuttle drive was superb 👌 excellent communication and great conversation with him on the ride to the airport⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice man at reception greeted us with a bottle of water and explained everything. Everything exceeded our expectations including entry, breakfast and common areas, pool area, room. Newly renovated in good taste. Sunny exposures really help in our cold winter ans sheds a light of warmth and happiness. There is a tavern a few blocks away if you need a meal. Nice packed breakfast as we were early to leave. Great to have the airport shuttle!
