Pros:

THE BED!! I had a good sleep. I also love that the room has a smart tv where I can watch Netflix and Youtube. And the breakfast has a variety of food to choose from. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Cons:

Just the pool. You will really smell the chlorine but I think it's the norm but everything else is perfect.

Appreciate location of the room on a quiet area, customer service, and breakfast buffet. Location and price are good.
Pros:

Customer service was outstanding.

Cons:

The bathroom wall next to toilet unfinished patches.
Room Carpet floor looks old making a cleanliness feeling. I prefer not carpet floor in the rooms.

The staff made our day better.
Pros:

The room was ready and clean, but most important, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the young lady who checked us in to Golam who checked us out. We were there for a family medical issue and everything went smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about anything but that issue. The facility was clean and a take away breakfast was made up for us so we could get to the hospital early. Thanks to everyone.
