Exceeded my already high expectations.
Pros:

Starting with the moment we walked into the hotel, everyone welcomed us with open arms and a smile, where nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was fantastic, the food in the restaurant absolute perfection and the wellness center absolutely magical. Questions or queries were always answered in a professional manner. The restaurant manager met us on the first night and was always very courteous and professional with his team.
Definitely will return.

Cons:

Not on a negative note, the lights in the room could be a bit brighter.

Definitely worth it
Pros:

Spent 3 nights here at the end of December together with my wife and our son. Everything was perfect. We also joined them for the new year eve party on the 31st, the food, music and dancing were just what we needed. Will probably be back soon to try the spa once again. We would say a 10 out of 10 stay.

5 star experience at Kron Well
Pros:

I stayed at Kron well for business by myself for2 nights and I was impressed with the staff.On the second night, it was snowing heavily, and by checkout time all the cars in the parking were clean and ready to go. I travel a lot and this really caught my attention. Next month I’ll be here in Brasov with my team, and I’m sure we’ll choose this hotel from now on. See you soon!

Relaxing vacation with SPA
Pros:

I stayed at Kronwell Hotel for a short vacation and it was exactly what I needed. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the SPA and indoor pool, which were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the entire stay enjoyable.

Can’t wait to be back at the Kronwell !!
Pros:

My daughter and I decided on a 3 night relaxing getaway together and I can’t think of a better choice than the Kronwell. We wanted gym, spa, pampering and good food and the Kronwell brilliantly delivered everything! The room was extremely comfortable, excellent breakfast and a complimentary thermos with delicious tea and cookies every evening… what a treat! The gym is spectacular and the spa delivers a few good hours of pampering .

Pros:

Excellent services, very clean room with everything you need, free big parking, great breakfast with a lot of options.
The spa is the main attraction, not to miss! Great gym also!
We received a room upgrade that had a huge bathtub.
There will definitely be a second visit at Kronwell!
