Great hotel with good service
Pros:

Modern hotel very well equipped, lovely large bathtub, really fluffy bathrobes, a lot of towels, comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to keep us happy. Nice touches, such as a thermos of tea delivered daily to our room along with biscuits, and bath products for the bathtub. The room was quiet. The spa was nice and the gym excellent. Breakfast was great and nice to be able to order dishes as you wish.

Cons:

The only small improvements we can think of would be in addition to the coffee machine to provide also a small kettle. There could be a light inside a wardrobe that would turn on when you open the doors. Also some small light on toilet area would be nice to have if you need to use it during the night.

Un sejur intr-un loc minunat. Totul a fost impecabil: camera foarte curata, restaurant (in special micul dejun extrem de bogat), spa. Personalul foarte prietenos!

Lovely Couples Stay
Pros:

Great stay. Any issue we had the hotel resolved quickly. Organised a late check out, and taxi back to airport for us. Daily breakfast buffet is fantastic. In house restaurant also brilliant. Quick & cheap uber ride to the centre of Braşov. Do have to pay extra to use spa, but worth it. 100% recommend.

Very impressed at the intentionality
Pros:

Large, spacious, and elegant rooms with an amazing bathroom. Attentive and helpful staff. Parking availability. Great Couchette restaurant (do yourself a favor and get the ostrich steak) and bar. I did not use the spa amenities. I am trying to figure out how to go back to Brasov just to stay here again.

Cons:

No complaints or even quibbles.

Pros:

Amazing conditions, spacious room, staff was very kind and welcoming, some little gifts that made the difference. At reception I was welcomed with a smile, gave them a task to take care of a package that was picked up by packages delivery company, everything was done smoothly.
