Pros:

Läget är helt suveränt intill botaniska trädgården och ett stenkast från tornet.
Rummet var välstädat och sängarna byttes varje dag. Bra med varmvatten i duschen, och mycket fräscht. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Cons:

Spolningen på toaletten funkade inte så bra. Man fick trycka 8-10 gånger på knappen innan det hände något.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Ogólnie hotel ma potencjał, ale pokoje potrzebują gruntownego remontu

- Bardzo mała łazienka, prysznic przecieka zalewając połowę łazienki
- Drzwi przesuwane od szafy zacinają się, ciężko je przesunąć
- Często na recepcji brak personelu

Pros:

Przyjazny personel, miękkie i wygodne łóżko oraz świetna lokalizacja. 10% zniżki w pobliskiej restauracji było niespodzianką. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, 8 minut spacerem od Krzywej Wieży w Pizie. Ogród Botaniczny jest również oddalony o kilka minut.

Świetna lokalizacja, uprzejmy i pomocny gospodarz, bardzo wygodny materac. Ponadto możliwość wykupienia śniadania za 3eur i dobra restauracja na miejscu.

Cons:

Rezerwację mogłyby zaczynać się wcześniej niż o 14, nie jest to wielki problem ponieważ można bagaż zostawić na recepcji - ale po wczesnym locie dobrze jest się wykąpać i odświeżyć.

A happy, carefree stay in a beautiful, characterful city.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful, and tolerant of our poor Italian. The location was very close to the main sites of interest, but at sufficient distance to be quieter at night. The hotel had a nice, friendly, informal atmosphere and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was ideal. No complaints.

The restaurant it's good.

Cons:

The room was very dirty and honestly felt like being in a prison. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1990s. The furniture was old, damaged, and peeling.
There was a lot of noise every night—loud banging around 23:00 that repeatedly woke me up.
The hotel keeps the door that leads to the flats open because the kitchen extractor doesn’t work properly, so they rely on a window to remove cooking smells. As a result, the entire corridor smells like a kitchen all the time.
There was no view at all—just air conditioning units. On top of that, there seems to be a mosquito infestation. The walls are covered with squashed mosquitoes.
For €85 per night, the only positive thing is the location. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying away. This place urgently needs refurbishment.
The staff were average—not particularly helpful, but not terrible either.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and easily the worst stay I’ve had in the last 10 years.

Pros:

Had a comfortable bed..near train station and near to the site seeing sites ..when I complained that I was cold at night they gave me the air con which was good ..had clean towel.and bed made every day

Cons:

My tv didn't work tho I did tell them but it didn't get fixed no kettle tea and coffee facilities within the room
