Miły i pomocny personel, czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, jakość do ceny adekwatna. Świetna lokalizacja - do głównych miejsc można dojść spacerem. Jeśli bym się wybierał, mógłbym skorzystać ponownie z tego miejsca. Nie jestem natomiast bardzo wymagającą osobą. Hotel służy mi tylko do spania, a całe dnie spędzam poza obiektem
Zapach na korytarzu, ale zakładam że to wina starego budynku i pewnie w wielu miejscach tak bywa. Trochę słabo wyciszone pokoje - słyszałem jak ktoś w innym pokoju na piętrze oglądał coś na telefonie czy tablecie i było słychać rozmowy z innego pokoju i korytarzy ale również nie było to bardzo uciążliwe

El precio también es muy competitivo, ya que por esa cantidad no hay muchas cosas.

Camera pulita e confortevole
la posizione a pochi minuti da piazza dei miracoli e anche la distanza dalla stazione centrale non era proibitiva.
Excellent location, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious, very clean room. The mosquito net and air conditioning made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were genuinely kind and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. A great experience overall.

No kettle in the room, no cooler in the hall. Np way to have hot tea/coffee in the morning (neighboring place for breafast closed at 10am)

It wasn't the ritz hotel ,
Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant downstairs was a good recommendation. Beds were comfortable and nice view from room which was clean. Beds made and clean towels every day.
Mix up with beds when we first arrived. We booked twin beds and were allocated a double to start with, but changed immediately. Heating/Aircon didn't work and couldn't get it fixed during our stay. Some of the furniture could have done with repair/replacement. Electricity sockets too limited.
