Amazing staff. Friendly, courteous, professional!

This was our 5th stay here and unfortunately it didn't have the same feeling as previous years.

-Cleanliness was mediocre, towels were not clean or didn't look clean.
-Half of the staff didn't speak greek and unfortunately their English was bad.
-Food was the same as past years, no new touches or fresh ideas.
-Cleaning staff was gathering all their stuff outside our room at 7:30am, which is not acceptable for a property like this!

Overall we spend way too much for mediocre services and would think about coming again. Maybe off season.

Great pool and beach access. Walking distance to port. Breakfast buffet was great but lunch and dinner options were mediocre and over priced. Overall, we loved our stay in Kea and at the Porto Kea Suites!

Für mich kein 5 sterne hotel.
Die strandbar ,der strand und die liegem waren sehr schmutzig .Und die Toilette auch.Das personal war auch nicht freundlich.
Auch das frühstück war nicht besonders !!

We wish our schedule allowed for a longer stay. We had a wonderful experience from coffee on the terrace of our suite, the breakfast every morning, the pristine pool, the sauna and the beach across the street. 7-8 walk from shops, restaurants, cafes and a small market. We did a couple of days hikes from the property. 10 out of 10.

Great location, sights and room design. Good breakfast would be five stars with comfortable mattresses and non scratchy sheets. So close to perfect.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom geschäftigen Treiben des Hafens direkt an der Bucht. Lediglich eine Straße trennt das Hotel vom Meer. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

This five star hotel is a gem in Kea ! The suite was spacious and comfortable o , with all time classic decoration and elegant furniture . It was also super clean and the staff really supportive , responsive and polite . The hotel is located in the heart of the island , really close to everything . A huge asset was the large pool which was really pure . The breakfast is delicious with traditional delicacies . It’s the first time we stayed in this hotel even though we visit the island very often and for sure this will be our home for next times . If you seek for a real five star hotel , Porto Kea Suites should definitely be your hotel . Highly recommended it

Hotel is great bit there is a room for improvement, especially with breakfast and bar.

We had an excellent stay at Porto Kea Suites. Very nice location, suites and facilities. Staff a very friendly and helpful and we will most certainly be visiting again. Easy 5-10 min walk from the ferry and go for the suites with ocean view, it will be well worth it.

Classic and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are traditional and cosy. The staff offer exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was really good which makes all the difference. We loved the location too. The pool and beach offered everything we needed.

Hôtel de charme avec chambres de plain pied face à la mer ( petite route à traverser) et accès direct à la plage privée aménagée. Personnel très aimable et disponible. Jolie piscine avec chaises longues ( dommage que les matelas soient absents). Bon petit déjeuner
