Great location in city center, near Pavlova tram and subway but still very quiet in the hotel. Clean and cozy room. Great breakfast !

Needed a hotel for an emergency situation. The hotel was happy to take our money, but then not let us check in. When we tried to get a refund (minutes after booking) they refused.

It's good, because is in good position for going to every where

O staff é muito bom e atencioso. O hotel é muito bem localizado sob vários aspectos, como próximo ao metrô (Pavlova - linha vermelha), bondes, pequenos mercadinhos onde tem de tudo, etc. O café da manhã é muito bom e sortido.

Great location, easy access to metro etc.

I totally recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and room was very nice, it was wide enough and have all the essentials. It is situated in a very beautiful and active area, there are restaurants, markets, and even shisha bars around, near the transportation, it is close to the opd town.

The owner of the hotel is very kind and gentle, and all the staff are kind, and this is very important for a foreigner, especially when you are a solo female traveler.

I would stay at this hotel next time, it was a short stay but a very pleasent stay, it made the whole trip worth it.

All room options were advertised as including a free buffet breakfast. As we were staying over christmas this was a large part of our decision to book the hotel. The owner refused to give us breakfast despite accepting that they wrote the advertising description, and admitting that this was a common issue. When we asked them to correct the false advertising (seeing as they clearly refused to provide what was promised) they simply shrugged and said they could. They became agressive when pressed about the issue and left my wife in tears. Worst experience on our entire europe trip.

Very good apart from the bathroom. Shower was to low unable to stand underneath to wash.

Ha sido una estafa ,tanto por Expedia como el hotel.Cuando hicimos reserva estaba incluido y luego el dia salida nos cobraron el desayuno 5 dias.Hsy que tener mucho cuidado.Lo voy a reflejar en todas las redes sociales .Es una estafa en toda regla

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Freundlicher, netter Service. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten waren äusserst bequem.Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

No esta nada mal el hotel. El desayuno vale diez euros por día, y es muy mejorable, pero por precio, un café en cualquier sitio ya vale casi la mitad.
