For 2-3 night max is ok. Have a point do not bring breakfast. The rest is fine
Pros:

Normal breakfast. In general calm around. Metro is near. Clean room. Good conditioner. Yeast to use

Cons:

No kettle. Only coffee machine but it’s very dirty inside. Terrible wi-fi, periodic interrupt and slow speed. Impossible to work. Thin walls
