The kettle really came to use with such low temperatures in the city.
Lots of stairs, but at least it warmed us up on our way to our apartman.
I came with my mum and we spend a few days in Krakow. It was nice hotel and not far from centre. Room is a big and comfy, сlean and cozy, towels are provided, hairdryer too. Hot water without interruption. The staff is very friendly and helps with most issues. Everything that we needed we had there. Thank you.
Unfortunately the hotel did not have an elevator and I had not read about it anywhere beforehand. My mother has a disability and it was quite difficult for her to get up to the third floor.
And if you want breakfast, you have to go to another hotel. Although the breakfast is very tasty, but it is a bit inconvenient to walk there.
Personale gentile e reception aperta H24
Nice and quiet. Isn’t too far from halal food places and taxis were cheap to get about.
Not far from big shopping centres.
No lift! Had to walk up 3 more set of stairs. This will be an issue for someone in wheel chair or elderly.
The kitchen tap was also very lose, felt like it was going to pop out. Otherwise everything was good

Well to be fair I will start with the positives (there weren’t many)
*There is a tram stop right at the top of the street, it’s only a 15 minute walk or 2 stops on the tram from the main square.
*The room was clean
*The breakfast was good quality and had good variation.
That’s it for positives.
Negatives.
We arrived and the 24hr reception had been abandoned, there was another guest there who had been trying to find someone for half an hour. We tried knocking on the staff doors, calling the advertised mobile number (mobile had been left behind the reception desk! Helpful!) it took another half an hour for someone to arrive and we could check in.
We were put in room 4 and my advice is if you are unlucky enough to stay here and they say you are in room 4 tell them you want a different room.
Room 4 is literally three feet from the 24hr reception desk and directly above the front door, we were woken up at 3am every morning listening to the receptionist chatting very loudly and the again at 5am when it seemed to be shift change time.
Directly outside our room seemed to be the unofficial linen store where the piles of clean linen where dumped for the duration of our stay. Which was actually handy as we were told at check in that there was no housekeeping and if we wanted clean towels we had to notify them the day before. We were only provided with a bath towel each, no hand towels or bath mat so at least we could grab one.
Instead of pillows on the bed they have very large square cushions that were flat and lumpy. My partner asked for a second one and the girl on reception looks so horrified by the request and went and got the pillow off the bed in the next room that I decided to just roll mine up and make the best of it.
The room was no way up to 3 star standard not even 2 star. It was advertised as having a fridge and safe, which it had neither, the wifi dropped out constantly and tv crashed and froze constantly. The light had only one bulb working and the whole thing was hanging from just its wire which made us worried to use it. The smoke alarm had been disconnected and removed from the ceiling.
The bathroom was clean but so small you could sit on the toilet and wash your feet in the shower at the same time,
The breakfast was but but when it advertises that it is in the hotel around the corner what it actually means is a 15 minute walk around the corner and several blocks down the main road .
We loved Krakow but when we return we will definitely stay somewhere else
Okolica, kazimierskie kamienice.
A reszta rzeczy ok.
Pokój 109.
