Breakfast was great, room was nice. Staff was very nice. And walking distance from museum for my son blue graduation which was nice since it was packed. Bed on the firm side but every hotel has different mattresses.
Ac vibrating so bad you couldn't hear TV at all, pool was closed the whole time there and had no shampoo or conditioner they offered until the last day.

The location
There was a pool with one lounge chair and when I asked the staff why there was only one lounge chair for such a big hotel and for all the money that we paid to stay there she said that they just sent out two broken chairs so I asked so then you had three? And she said she just started there so she didn’t know, but that the military boys were hard on the furniture, but that still does not excuse the fact that you only have one lounge chair or even three you need more than that. There was no conditioner in the room. The refrigerator wasn’t cold at all in room 408. They didn’t come clean the room from our stay from Thursday through Sunday so we had to ask for towels in the meantime so our garbage piled up and was spilling out onto the floor.

No bar
There are lots of stains on the walls and on the carpet. There was hair in my made bed. and it was not mine.
The walls were dirty. They had stains and marks on them that easily could’ve been seen and wiped off. The carpet has stained all over the floor and as soon as I want to get in the bed for the evening, there was hair in my bed.
I ate out.
Getting there so late. The 11 am checkout; I arrived at 11:30 pm the previous night.
