La ubicación
Nos hospedamos 3 días, de viernes a lunes. Al llegar pasadas las 3pm no estaba el cuarto limpio, después nos dijeron que no aparecían las llaves, en los 3 días jamás hicieron aseo ni tampoco nos dieron toallas y al preguntar en la recepción dijeron que había que pedir el aseo al cuarto y dejar la llave, cosa que me parece absurda para un hotel « 4 estrellas ». El desayuno nunca cambió, siempre fue el mismo y lo que más me molestó es que el cuarto en la foto no es el que te dan, pagamos por un fds $509.000 pesos precio razonable por un buen hotel pero no fue así. Me pareció muy mala organización de parte del personal.

Cuando llegue me dijero que el parqueadoro eran en la calle, siendo que booking decia que tenia parqueo... El vehiculo en la calle al frente no es ofrecer parqueo.
