Excelente atención

firts night was terrible in a small room, our reserved room wasnt available by the time we checked in, they gave a small room with view to the air conditioning room and told me that the next day in the afternoon they will transfer me to the reserved room, but i paid my overall stay for huge with a city view. they just said the next day, we dont know why the night shift gave you that room, No even excuses !!!

Great hotel and located close to hospitals and shopping areas

El ascensor no termina a nivel de los pisos. Habitaciones pequeñas y sin comodidades. Deterioro evidente

Excelente habitación, buena ubicación, pero lleno de niños deportistas que hicieron ruido toda la noche.
Además me cobraron impuestos que jamás me habían cobrado cuando reservo por hoteles.com, cosa que me parecio injusta.

room was not clean , ac not working properly and the noise from the streetbnextbto it was bad the gap on the window makes it sound like the window is open when is not

Todo en orden. Me dieron al ppio una habitación con una cama incomoda pero luego me cambiaron la misma y la estadía fue todo bien

La cama y el desayuno súper. Para mejorar la mesa despegada de la pared.

Piscina 24 horas, buen wifi, parqueadero, desayuno abundante, buena ubicación. Realmente tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta, dias en los que vas a moverte de un lugar a otro, o un fin de semana de compras. Definitivamente volveremos

Pro: Lobby clean and simple. Help with luggage check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Great view from room and roof pool area. Room is clean and nice. Con: lobby to elevator need to climb one and half of stairs. Sheets and towels not changed three nights just remake bed. Traffic noise starts at 6am is heard from room.

Para mi necesidad, fue una excelente opción por precio, localización, aseo, servicio, restaurante, piscina y en especial por la acomodación en una misma habitación de 4 adultos en camas todas independientes, lo que es casi imposible en otro lugar; esta configuración podría alojar hasta 7 personas en 3 camas queen y una sencilla que fue el mobiliario que muy acertadamente nos ofreció el hotel.

The hotel is mainly located near attractions ! It's safe and walking distance to near supermarkets. The staff is cordial and stupendous.

The traffic was a bit loud but we got used to it quickly. The Hotel seem to be very central to the area and safe. For us I just can't say enough about the people that work at this hotel they are amazing , we have never felt so welcomed
