I recommend staying at the hotel.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Sochi. The hotel is clean and close to the river, activities and restaurants.

The best vacation in our life!
Pros:

There is the best place for vacation in this area. Short distance to any place of this marvellous area. Great views! Perfect bad and linen! Delicious food and of course courteous, polite and kind personal during all time of stay there.

Nice hotel but not yabba dabba doo
Pros:

Actually, I stayed with them for the first time since my preferred choice had usually been Sochi Marriott. My November debut was not problem-free but in the end of the day it went quite smoothly. There was some helter-skelter with my check-in (they had to change my room due to small construction debris - yes! - floating in a toilet bowl) but after that I witnessed no cock-ups. The (second) room was quiet and with a nice mountain view, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was lavish and their staff worked professionally.
One should note that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. This function is outsourced and guests either have to turn to a valet or walk some ten minutes to the place their cars nestle. It's not a big thing, however, since their valets are really helpful.
To make the long story short - still recommended. A competitor to Marriott to be reckoned with.

Очень уставший отель, и это конечно не 5-ка. Завтрак за такую цену очень скромный , минибар заполоняют по звонку ( приходить мальчик с бумажным пакетиком ) , но сначала нужно спуститься на ресепшен и оставить депозит. Цены в минибаре также неприятно удивили. В целом ,на наш взгляд , соотношение цена -качество не очень . Гидромассажные ванные на краше супер, но чтобы в них попасть надо отстоять очередь , так как они небольшие и рассчитаны или на свою семью мои не свою компанию .

Pros:

Комфортный отель, дружелюбный персонал, спа-зона. Нет своей парковки, предлагается общественная парковка со скидкой. Вблизи, кстати, есть пара мест, где без нарушения удалось оставить автомобиль. В спа грязная ванна джакузи, после которой пришлось отстирывать купальные вещи (хотя персонал был любезен, предложив бесплатную прачечную). В общем, на 4 балла

Лучший отель на Розе Хутор
Pros:

Очень достойный сетевой отель. Хорошие просторные номера, особенно приятные те из них, что с видом на реку Мзымта. Комфортный кондиционер, можно выставить любую температуру по желанию в номере. Есть детский клуб с аниматорами на минус первом этаже (с 10 до 21), спа центр на седьмом этаже (сауны, джакузи можно посетить бесплатно, а до 21.00 работают джакузи на открытом воздухе). Завтрак обильный и разнообразный, не буду перечислять все блюда, их море, с 7 до 11 утра. Wifi бесплатный, быстрый и стабильный. Хорошая звукоизоляция, соседи из других комнат не беспокоят шумом. В номерах категории Премиум есть и чайник, и капсульная кофемашина Nespresso, капсулы и сливки каждый день добавляют. Кровать высокая и очень удобная. Много полотенец, тапочки, халаты. Трансфер на пляж два раза в день, 300₽ в обе стороны. Подъём в горы (Олимпия) за 100₽. Повсюду бесплатные санитайзеры и медицинские маски. Достойный отдых.

Not a five stars hotel when compared to other hotels from the same class in the area. Overrated. Very poor amenities. No bellboy at my arrival, I had to ask, they told me to wait. Despite that the staff was kind and helpful. Good breakfast, average room.

Delightful hotel with great location.
Pros:

Our stay at the Radisson hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the staff are super friendly and very and have a high awareness of service, they were kind and polite and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel SPA is a little bit small for the whole hotel but clean and comfortable. The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the two gondolas to the mountain. We really recommend this hotel.

Classy 5 star hotel, big rooms, good breakfast - big selection of salads vegetables fruits all kinds of eggs, good bread and bakings. Good location, close to the ski gondolas and restaurants. Spa -in door jacouzzi, 2 saunas, outdor jacouzzi, and comfortable resting area, with drinks dry fruits and apples.

Always a pleasure
Pros:

It is not the first time I review this hotel. I was here two years ago during the same period. And to my good surprise, the hotel maintains its high standards regarding hospitality and cleanliness. The staff was again very helpful: reception, waiterS, housekeeping and drivers of the buggies who drove us to the ski lifts. All are doing their utmost to satisfy the guests. Our room was spacious with a view on the river and square with the bell tower. A very pleasant room with excellent amenities and a super comfortable, large bed. The bed linen is super quality and ensures a good nights rest after skiing.

This hotel is the best in Rosa Khutor.

Ожидали большего комфорта. Очень маленькая сауна, небольшое джакузи, тренажёрный зал состоит из нескольких кардиотренажеров и скамейки с гантелями. В номерах старые полотенца.

Overall stay is very pleasant.
Location is super.
Friendly staff. Prices for the minibar are beyond the reason. Nice breakfast.
Rooms look stylish, though already are not that fresh.
Typical class level is the absence of bidet. The restaurant is not cozy for me.
