Excelente ubicación para desplazarse a los diferentes puntos de interés.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el cuarto bastante amplifiers.

Cons:

No tiene elevador. La iluminación del baño podría ser mejor. La ropa de cama y las toallas ya necesitan renovarse.

The hotel is special and staffs are friendly and welcoming but I won’t choose it if come back to Guanajuato in the futur
Pros:

The hotel is in a historical building and next to the basilica, its east to visit all the famous places

Cons:

My suite is not soundproof, it is facing the main road and central plaza of the town, with loud music until midnight and traffic noises. It’s difficult to sleep in this room.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Clean, hot water, water pressure in shower was good, fan in the room. Small breakfast available free of cost.

Cons:

No elevator, breakfast could have been better but would defiantly stay here again. I loved the clean room, hot shower, and location!

Cons:

Accesso alla struttura con diversi scalini, senza porte automatiche. Per raggiungere i piani delle camere non è presente ascensore.
Wi-fi presente solo nelle aree comuni e con poco segnale.
Colazione non molto varia e con diverse cose a pagamento.
Ho avuto un problema con il pagamento perchè mi sono stati prelevati i soldi due volte; ho potuto risolvere tramite la banca soltanto dopo due settimane che sono rientrato a casa. Non c'è stata molta collaborazione nonostante sia stato un problema creato da loro.

Pros:

Location is great as it has shopping and restaurants in the area. Access to Ubers and Taxis. The staff are vert friendly and accessible. Please note the hotel does NOT have air conditioning. The bed mattresses were extremely hard, floor like hard. Also note there is a cathedral across the street and the bells sound frequently. The hotel did provide ear plugs.
