Nice hotel, SD quality DTH, non-Smart TV
Pros:

Situated in a quiet location closer to the metro station. Overall ambience is good and their breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Rooms were clean and neat, but I was in 3rd floor facing the road, which didn't have good views around. DTH didn't have much channels for regional content. Though provided with a 4K Smart TV, smartness is locked and you can only use it as a monitor for SD quality DTH channels. Even if you have OTT subscriptions, one cannot use that to watch content in this hotel TV, which is a big let down. Service was good, but not excellent. For the price, it is not value for money.

Best Birthday Party!!!
Pros:

Soumya did all the preparation for my birthday party, all i needed to do is call him 2 days before.

From welcoming guests, booking table, cake, butler everything was taken care by him.

He remained in the buffet area till we were done and billing was complete. We used our marriott membership and were able to get good discounts hasslefree.

Amazing service by Mr. Mani and Mr. Soumya. All my friends and family were very happy with food and the amazing service. Keep it up!!!

RUDE - AFOM Dushyant Singh - Avoid staying if there is any other option available even Select Service is better.
Pros:

Extremely Rude staff ! Mr. Dushyant Singh AFOM ! Extremely inhuman and RUDE. This is not the Hospitality behaviour at all. This is the worst ever behaviour I have ever experienced. He is capable of ruining any Guest’s overall experience.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

The ambience is definitely wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. Chef Saddam made our experience even better with special Gajar ka Halwa and Rasmalai, which undoubtedly is the best that I have had in a while. To make our culinary experience smooth, Pankaj and Soniya paid utmost attention while serving us and definitely deserve kudos for their prompt and courteous service.
