Pros:

The hotel is easily accessible from the u bahn, which is extremely easy to use and conveniently located for Gasometer. The room is comfortable with a particularly nice shower room. Cleanliness was excellent (I clean 4* apartments in a ski resort, so I'm picky). Staff are friendly, informal, helpful and multilingual.

This is a solid, faff free provision. If like me you like a clean smart space rather than an excess of deko it's a good choice at a reasonable (for Vienna) price.

Cons:

The only downside really was that the Aircon was a bit loud and I did happen to visit on an unusually hot weekend. Under normal circumstances I doubt it would be necessary overnight though.

Great hotel, friendly staff very near subway station
Pros:

Location. Not too far from the centre via easy fast public transport. Walking distance from sim city concert venue which was reason for trip. Clean. Friendly service at bar.

Cons:

It seemed pretty easy for the room keys to get wiped. Probably coming into contact with mobile phone is the cause. Minor niggle.

Pros:

Отель был расположен идеально с целью нашего путешествия. Очень современный и добротный отель. Чистота на высшем уровне. Очень всё сделано качественно от удобств в номере и сантехники, до каждой мелочи в интерьере. Завтраки хорошие и достаточные. Особо хочу отметить удобство гаража для путешествующих на автомашине, мотоцикле или велосипеде. Он действительно большой и в него можно спуститься прямо лифтом. До центра Вены, как и до любого района очень легко добираться, станция метро находиться практически в отеле. В целом всё очень понравилось. В следующий раз с радостью воспользуемся этим отелем.

Cons:

Гараж отеля прекрасный, но найти его действительно очень сложно. Видно что отель старался решить эту проблему (расставлял указатели, но они иногда путают и первый раз найти въезд в паркинг невозможно. Об этом указывают большинство гостей). Мне кажется решением могло быть объяснение маршрута заезда сотрудниками на рецепшине, во время поселения и демонстрацией нарисованой схему заезда, чтоб гости уже при поездке понимали куда ехать
