The perfect place to stay in Aguas Calientes before heading to Macchu Picchu. The hotel is conveniently located by both the train station and the bus stop to Macchu Picchu. The rooms were incredible - right next to the river and had gorgeous views. They had a fabulous breakfast spread and offer a discount dine in. Excellent service (especially from Melissa), very comfortable accommodations, and conveniently located! I’d highly recommend!
The staff were excellent across the board, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable.
The staffs in the hotel, Hator and Enzo, do a fantastic job which makes the stay even better! The rooms are very comfortable, hot water is enough and everything in the hotel and services they provide makes us feel like home!

We booked this hotel and we were looking forward to their spa and wellness centre. We were very disappointed to hear that it was closed for refurbishment when we checked in. We felt we should have been informed of this before we arrived so we could review whether we wished to cancel and look at a different option.

Ok breakfast
An overpriced hotel not even close to be 4 stars. Dirty, sticky floor in our room. There are plenty of similar establishments for half a price. We did not find this hotel nice at all.
The river view room was amazing!! To fall asleep to the sound of the rushing river every night was magical.
I wish they had coffee in the room but they offered teas and a welcome drink and had coffee on the breakfast buffet so it wasn't a problem.
