Beautiful views from the room facing the Urubamba river. Well located to the train station and bus stop.
The breakfast was bit plain and limited compared to what one would expect from the hotel’s price range. For instance, they had just run out of avocados, and when we asked for more, they said it was not possible as they had none left. Having paid extra for breakfast, this was disappointing. The smell of breakfast from the first floor also travelled upward, and we could smell it on the fourth floor, which was a bit unpleasant. As such, I have to say that, although one might expect these prices, the hotel is still quite overpriced.
Attractive clean and along the river
Loud construction going on across the street and right along the rail road tracks made it also very loud when trains arrived
Realmente a recepção e restaurante são confortáveis e com uma linda vista do rio e das montanhas, mas são os únicos pontos fortes do hotel.
O custo-benefício é realmente ruim. Sabe-se que boas hospedagens em Águas Calientes são difíceis de se encontrar. Com isso, o hotel apresenta um proposta de sofisticação que não condiz com a realidade. Mesmo sendo um país do Mercosul, não aceitaram nosso RG (e nosso passaporte estava em Cusco - o hotel de Cusco teve que nos enviar as fotos). Inclusive foram ao nosso quarto solicitar documento, o que foi extremamente deselegante.
Não havia Wi-Fi disponível (estava fora de funcionamento). Infra-estrutura precária: com mofo aparente, corredores escuros, box do WC com cortina de plástico, registros do banheiro sem as tampas, exaustor empoeirado e sujo. Tomadas eram frouxas. A vista para as montanhas, na verdade, é uma vista para cidade e trilho do trem.
Sobre as demais estruturas do hotel, o terraço que deveria comportar um bar não tinha bar funcionante (mesmo sendo alto temporada), o cheiro era forte e a Jacuzzi do spa estava sem aquecimento.
No momento do checkout, havia muita confusão. A recepção às vezes com 2 ou 3 funcionários, mas apenas um trabalhava.
Em resumo, trata-se de uma diária de valor extremamente elevado para o não cumprimento da experiência proporcionada.

The location was perfect—especially with the bus stop to Machu Picchu just a short walk away. It’s also close to many restaurants, so I highly recommend staying here. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

Location is great and compared to the other alternatives, it's one of the best on town. lobby picture is nice but rooms are not that nice.
Breakfast was improvable but the worst thing is the price of the hotel. It's like you are paying for a 5 star hotel that in reality is closer to a 3 star experience. That's the problem. A little noise next to the river.

The location next to the river, how close it was to the train and bus station, and breakfast. The food of the restaurant was amazing.
