No es lo que esperaba.
Pros:

La cercanía al Ágora Convention Center y la limpieza diaria de la habitación.

Cons:

La experiencia general fue decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un hotel que se promociona como 4 estrellas. Si bien el personal de recepción fue relativamente amable, el trato por parte del equipo encargado del desayuno fue inadecuado y poco profesional. En nuestro primer día no recibimos ninguna explicación sobre el funcionamiento del servicio, y al no comprender el sistema, fuimos tratados de forma poco empática, haciéndonos sentir incómodos y desorientados, especialmente considerando que somos extranjeros.

Por otro lado, las instalaciones no están a la altura de la categoría que anuncian. El hotel carece de espacios comunes básicos como gimnasio o piscina, lo que resulta engañoso para quienes esperan estándares acordes a un alojamiento de este nivel.

La calidad de la habitación también deja mucho que desear: las sábanas presentaban pelusas evidentes por el desgaste, lo que da una impresión de falta de renovación y cuidado en la ropa de cama. Además, las ventanas estaban visiblemente sucias, afectando tanto la estética como la experiencia general de la estadía.

Excelente hotel para un fin de semana en Bogotá
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena ya que está cerca a aevnidas importantes, parques y al aeropuerto. El desayuno estuvo rico. La habitacón es cómoda y tiene justo lo necesario para una estancia de pareja por un fin de semana.

Cons:

La atención en la terraza a la hora del desayuno fue un poco grosera por parte del mesero, eso podría mejorar.
Las almohadas son un poco incómodas.

Pros:

I never thought that we had to pay for the shower gel, toothbrush, etc. were provided in the bathroom. It is true that there was a price list somewhere there, but theses things usually free of charge.
