É bom, mas pode ser muito melhor com pouca coisa a mais.
Pros:

O hotel Platinum tem um banheiro amplo, com chuveiro excelente, água abundante e temperatura fácil de controlar. O quarto tem um excelente cofre e armários adequados. A mesa de trabalho é grande. O quarto tem excelente iluminação natural. As camas são muito boas e vêm com excelente roupa de cama. A ventilação natural do banheiro elimina rapidamente quaisquer odores após o uso do vaso. O restaurante do térreo é bom quando funciona. O restaurante no topo do prédio oferece um excelente café da manhã, mas não conseguimos testá-lo em outros horários para saber como seria no almoço ou na janta.

Cons:

O banheiro não tem ducha higiênica junto ao vaso sanitário. A internet do quarto não estava boa quando chegamos, o que me obrigou a ir ao térreo para usar o computador, embora tenha melhorado no 2º dia, depois que reclamei. Os 2 restaurantes estavam fechados na nossa 2ª noite, sem qualquer aviso prévio. Com isso, tivemos que sair para comer na rua, o que não era nosso plano, e em um horário em que já não havia muita coisa aberta. Eles deviam avisar os hóspedes quando isso acontecer. E os restaurantes foram fechados às 14 horas! Ou seja, houve tempo de sobra para deixar aviso, mas isso não foi feito. O quarto tem 8 tomadas, mas a maioria está localizada em pontos que são inacessíveis ou distantes de onde podem ser usadas com conveniência. Há uma canalização externa que alimenta a TV, onde poderia haver uma tomada perto da mesa de trabalho, por exemplo, e não há.

Piacevole, un po‘ come essere in famiglia

L’albergo non è troppo grande, direi quasi familiare.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Bella la terrazza sul tetto dove viene servita la colazione o ci si può rilassare o lavorare.
Non è propriamente in centro ma poco distante c‘è una fermata bus della compagnia Trans Milenio che in 15 minuti porta in centro (zona Candelaria, Università).
Il quartiere è sicuro e nelle immediate vicinanze c’è un‘ampia scelta di ristoranti.
