Pros:

Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch wirklich super. 5 min zu Bahn und ab in die Stadt. Oder einfach zu Fuss..
Superfreundliches Personal, Tiefgarage für 40 Euro die Nacht erscheint teuer; aber parkt mal falsch oder zu lange, dann ist das ein Schnäppchen ;-).
Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Was uns nicht so gut gefiel war die Sauberkeit. Ornamente sollten abgestaubt werden und der Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad funktionieren.

Przyjemny
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, śniadania smaczne, personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Sala śniadaniowa za mała w stosunku do ilości gości. Brakowało miejsca i personel nie nadążał z uzupełnianiem braków.
Odpływ pod prysznicem ledwo dawał radę.

Good location
Pros:

This was our second trip to Grand Hotel Downtown, the location is great. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and the area feels safe. The staff were very helpful when our television broke.

Cons:

The bed is very soft which was not great for backs. The cleaning is not always done on time, often in the afternoon. The shower door is impossible to open without water leaking onto the floor.

Sehr gute Lage, aber Zimmer mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Die Lage des Grand Hotel Downtown ist wirklich sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen, und auch die Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war allerdings leider eine Enttäuschung. Es lag praktisch direkt an der Straße, sodass man sich trotz vorhandenen Sichtschutzes teilweise wie in einem Schaufenster gefühlt hat. Dadurch war es schwierig, das Fenster bzw. die Vorhänge offen zu lassen, ohne dass Passanten ins Zimmer schauen konnten.

Insgesamt ist die Lage ein großer Pluspunkt, bei der Zimmerwahl sollte man jedoch darauf achten, ein Zimmer zur ruhigeren Seite zu bekommen.

Le petit déjeuner. Très basique. Pas de yogourt / fromage blanc ni de fruits le dernier jour. Absolument pas un déjeuner de 4 étoiles

Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Amsterdam
Pros:

Lage war super und sehr zentral. Parkplatz teuer aber direkt am Hotel.
Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Sehr einfach, keine richtigen Brötchen.
Kaffee aus der Maschine war auch alles andere als lecker.

Centrale plek dichtbij de bekende bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, maar dat was wel vooraf bekend. Ontbijt viel tegen. Niet veel keus en rommelige/onhandige setting.

It was not that great
Pros:

Location was great and there were a lot of cafes and eateries around.

Cons:

Staff was not friendly at all, they don't seem that bothered, no greetings and even a smile on the face. I have seen some staff using their phones at reception and ignoring guests and room was very small for the price we paid.
