המיקום ענה על הצרכים שלנו, החדר גדול סיחס ליתר המקומות באיזור והמרפסת של הפנהאוז עזרה לנו מאוד עם ילד קטן. הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי.

Cons:

החדר מלוכלך, המקלחת עם עובש בפתחי הביוב, אין הצללה מלאה לחדר )בימי אור מאוחר זה משמעותי מאוד(.
במסדרונות המלון ריח בדלים וסיגריות

Bilen ble knust ruta på og stjålet ting fra i dems garasje som er både overvåket og ganske voktet med porter og alt, de hadde ikke tilgang til kamera eller noe så var ikke no hjelp å få der sa dem

Pros:

Hotel is very well located, close to the bus station and the city centre. Rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags safe while we walked in the city after check out, and in the day of our check-in one of the two rooms was even available prior to the regular check-in time.

I left there with a terrible feeling of humilaiting.
Pros:

The locations was good. The room was fair. but not what you expect from GRAND HOTEL. The Breakfast was very simple.

Cons:

We booked the room in the late afternoon. The price was decreased, so we chose it as it was "GRAND HOTEL."
They had divided the hotel rooms into two categories, obviously creating a classification system based on money. The entrance and Breakfast place were separate than the other Category, and in an awkward way they had tried to hide it.
It caused a very bad feeling for us and it was really humiliating.

Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying with Grand Hotel Downtown, and everything is always exceptional! I always take the penthouse suite, which has a balcony with an insane view! The rooms are well designed and clean, and the staff are super friendly and very helpful with every request. Overall, it was a really good place to stay in, and I would always recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy amsterdam to the fullest!

Nice property, a little away from town but a nearby tram was good. Was quiet.
