Great home base for Durmitor
Pros:

First and foremost are the people at reception Zarko and Natasa they were extremely helpful efficient and made us feel very welcomed throughout our 3 night stay.
The hotel is well maintained the food served is great both breakfast and dinner
The location is fantastic for someone that came for the national park

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower (a Zabljak issue we were told) and the lack if really hot water (it was almost as you like it to be)

Pros:

the room was divided into a leaving room and a bedroom, giving space and ability to host.
Restaurant is very good.

Cons:

maintenance is poor. carpet has tears and stains. not all light bulbs were operating (and were not fixed although I informed the reception).

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

The lady at reception (apologies, I didn't get her name) was so helpful when arranging the checkout options as we had an activity booked on the day of checkout.

She did her best to keep our rooms and made sure to let us know that we could still use the showers in the spa should we come back too late.

Cons:

Some.morw.fruit.options at breakfast would have been nice but that's more a cultural thing so I don't think I can knock it for that!

The location is good, a few hundred meters from black lake. The bed is comfortable. The lady at reception is friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. Adorable quaint lodging. Wish the beds were more comfortable

Locatie vh hotel

Cons:

De bedden waren veel te klein. De kamer heeft een langwerpige vorm. Hierdoor wordt alles (ook de badkamer) klein!

Superbe séjour à 2 pas de lac noir
Pros:

Très bon accueil à l’hôtel Soa.
Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Le restaurant est vraiment très bon.
Le sauna et le hammam sont un vrai +
Le personnel est adorable et encore un grand merci à Natacha de nous avoir donné de si bons conseils concernant la « serpentin Road » pour nous rendre à Kotor !!

Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Einfach alles.
Sehr netter Eigentümer mit einem tollen Team. Besonderes Lob an das Restaurant.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht, schöne kleine Sauna im Dachgeschoss ( leider fehlt ein Ruheraum).
Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Bauruine gegenüber, man sitzt sehr gemütlich im Restaurant und die trübt die Aussicht sehr. Wobei das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür kann!

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service war sehr nett.
Meinem Wunsch nach frischem Orangensaft wurde sofort nachgekommen .

Cons:

Apartment war abgewohnt. Teppichboden finde ich unhygienisch. Vor dem Hotel ein aufgelassenes Hotel, Anlage nicht fertig und teilweise ungepflegt.
