Disappointing
Pros:

Good location for train.Clean and cheap.

Cons:

Took three attempts to get unoccupied bed.Half beds not numbered.No bedside light.No bedside power point.Breakfast overpriced.

Sehr preiswert und super für ein Wochenende in Graz!
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war total in Ordnung, das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch lecker!

Cons:

Sehr unmotiviertes Personal an der Rezeption, außer der Herr der Nachtschicht hatte. Außerdem sehr schade, dass externe Personen nicht zum Frühstück kommen können.

Schlechteste unfreundlichste und schmutzig überteuerten hostel in graz

Die Lage und der caffe und eine freundliche mitarbeiterin

Cons:

Angekommen sehr unfreundliche Personal 15 Euro am Tag für parken obwohl mehr als der halbe Tag vorbei war wie wir an kammen. 15 Euro für einen katastrophalen Parkplatz extrem schlecht! Das Zimmer sehr schmutzig das Bad die Dusche hat glaube ich noch nie einen kalkreiniger gesehen und wurde glaube ich noch nie geputzt. Die Fenster waren so dreckig das man nicht raussehen konnte. An der Bar konnte man mojito bestellen da keine Zutaten da waren. Bis auf caffe ist alles zu überteuert. Für ein hostel extrem schlecht bis auf eine Dame gehört das ganze Personal ausgetauscht kein richtiges Deutsch und das in graz. Das Haus wäre nett wen es sauber wäre und das Personal freundlich und deutsch könnte und zuhören wäre von Vorteil. Danke und nie wieder!!

Für 1 Nacht hats gereicht. Leider habe ich für nächste Woche nochmal dort ein Zimmer aber ich mehr

Lage zum Bahnhof sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Matratze vom Bett....sowas hab ich noch auf keiner Reise erlebt. Das ist wirklich unzumutbar!!!

Receptionist Maria/ or Maja were completely unprofessional. She was more like slowcoach. Thanks God her male colleague was totally opposite and helped me solve my booking problem.

Does not accept cash payments.

Breakfast too expensive. 12€, nah

War ein toller und vorallem sehr günstiger Aufenthalt. Für das Geld absolut TOP.

Lage ist wirklich perfekt.
Öffi Anbindung überall hin ist wirklich ideal.
Parkplätze und sogar direkt neben den hotel Parkplätzen eine große BOE Parkanlage.
24/7 Rezeption, Essen, Trinken und Bar
Allgemein sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Und man kann Abends gut mit dem Personal plaudern und sich lustige Geschichten erzählen lassen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Aber wenn ich nachgefragt hätte dann hätte man sicher nochmal nachbessert. Es war mir aber ehrlichgesagt nicht wichtig genug weil es jetzt auch keine unzumutbaren Zustände waren. War ganz ok.
