Very nice location, we stayed in Villa with private pool. All was perfect, we skipped breakfast
- Excellent beachfront location between Bandol and Sanary-sur-Mer. However, on our arrival evening we were disrupted by loud groups on the beach directly in front of the hotel, with noise continuing well past midnight.
- The absence of a General Manager throughout our stay was noticeable and problematic. When issues arose, it was unclear who had authority to make decisions. Staff repeatedly referred to "management," yet we never saw or spoke with anyone in a leadership role.
- Reception staff were consistently polite and helpful, particularly Saba, who worked hard to resolve several room-related problems. Unfortunately, these issues resulted in us having to change rooms twice during our stay.
- Breakfast was the hotel's weakest area. The food selection was uninspiring, repetitive, and unchanged throughout our stay. Basic items such as fruit and cheese frequently ran out and had to be requested. Service was indifferent, with little effort made to welcome guests or prepare outdoor seating. This fell well below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
- Dinner in the Panoramique restaurant was much better, offering a good variety of dishes and a consistently good standard of food and service.
- Room quality was inconsistent. We initially stayed in a sea-view suite with a large terrace, but it was overlooked by many neighbouring rooms, offering almost no privacy and poor value given the premium price. Our second room was comfortable, while our final room, although smaller, benefited from a large sea-facing terrace. However, the bathroom was poorly equipped, with a single small basin and a tap that produced little more than a trickle of water.
Overall, our experience was frustratingly inconsistent - we'd rate it 3.5 out of 5.
The hotel has a good location and some very good staff, but too many aspects of the operation fall short of expectations. Given the rates charged—comparable to some 5-star hotels in Marseille and Nice — the hotel does not deliver the level of quality or value for money that guests should reasonably expect.
L’emplacement, la vue sur la mer.

location
Our booked and paid room was given to somebody else. We were given an “upgrade” which was just a larger room, but it was a DOWNGRADE, since it had not the booked terrace directly at the room, but was located one floor above us and outside our room. We also were offered our booked room, but only for 2 of the 3 days, with the provision that we would have to move again for the third night. -we refused this. As compensation, we were not charged for breakfast. WE TOLD MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES.
