Bedingt durch das schlechte Wetter haben wir dieses tolle Hotel noch mehr genossen, also einfach wiederkommen!
Pros:

Der neu errichtete außergewöhnliche Wellness- und Spa Bereich machen einen Urlaub im Hotel Held zum Erlebnis!
Eigener großzügiger Kinderbereich ist sicher für alle Eltern entspannend.
Gemütlich, eleganter gut aufgeteilter Restaurantbereich , mit verschiedenem Ambiente verleitet am Morgen, wie am Abend zu zuviel Kalorienzufuhr!!
Aber so soll es sein!

Cons:

Nachdem ich keine Schwachpunkte gefunden habe, erwähne ich halt, dass das Erreichen der Lifte nur mit Auto oder Shuttle möglich ist!

The location in the Zillertal is beautiful for the mountains and nature around it—if you can ignore the road noise.

Cons:

We were really looking forward to Hotel Held – it looked so nice online, proper alpine luxury and wellness vibes in the Zillertal. But wow, what a letdown.
The room was tiny. Like, embarrassingly small for a supposedly upscale place. We could barely move around without bumping into stuff. And it was freezing the whole time. The heating just didn’t seem to work properly – we were sleeping with extra blankets and still felt cold. If you opened the window even a crack for fresh air, you got hit with non-stop traffic noise from the main road literally right outside. Cars, trucks, everything roaring past day and night. No decent soundproofing at all. We barely slept.
The service was shocking. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Super slow to respond, zero friendliness, and when we mentioned a couple of issues they basically shrugged it off or acted annoyed. Felt like we were bothering them just by being guests.
The spa? Tiny and only open in the afternoons. For a “wellness hotel” that’s supposed to be a highlight, it was really underwhelming – small sauna, few loungers, and it got crowded fast when it actually opened.
Breakfast was the final straw. Cheese came straight out of the supermarket plastic box, still in those pre-sliced stacks. Everything else felt cheap and low-effort too – nothing fresh, nothing homemade, just basic stuff you’d see at a discount supermarket. We were expecting proper quality, local products, the kind of breakfast you pay good money for in a 4*S place. Nope.
Bottom line: noisy, cold, cramped, bad service, disappointing spa and a sad breakfast. It didn’t feel like luxury at all. We won’t be coming back and I’d tell anyone thinking about it to look somewhere else in the Zillertal – there are much better options.

Rundum zufrieden, alles perfekt.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück – eine große Auswahl, alles frisch, sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

Auch das Abendessen war hervorragend: abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich top und von sehr guter Qualität. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf gutes Essen gelegt wird.

Ein echtes Highlight ist die Saftbar – frisch gepresste Säfte, tolle Auswahl und super erfrischend. Das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal besonders gemacht.

Insgesamt fühlen wir uns sehr wohl und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
