View from the room.
Japanese room design.

Cons:

The room smelled really bad like sewage or spoiled trash. As soon as we entered the room we could smell it and it got so bad through the night, it was the first thing I kept smelling the times I woke up.
The service wasn't up to par for the cost of the stay. Overall the value wasn't there.

Excellent. Not inexpensive though.
Pros:

Excellent rm and excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best of such kind I've tried.

Overall, I enjoy my stay at the hotel. I am going to miss this.
Pros:

We chose this hotel specifically because of its integration with the Japanese culture and design. I really like how spacious it is with the window view. I love their breakfast buffet because it offers many options. I had a chance to sleep on the futon, and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wished that the public hot springs were opened for longer hours. Otherwise, I have no problems with the hotel and would highly recommend those who are looking to relax and comfort during their travels.

Pros:

早餐有生魚片，鮭魚。

Cons:

住了兩晚，均價一晚8000～9000。這個價格在國外任一國家都算是不便宜的價格，基本都可以住到還不錯的四五星級飯店，但貴成這樣，得到的卻是三星級水準的體驗。

1，服務一般，就是check in & check out。有提供浴衣，只有簡短說明如何穿，但並沒有什麼額外的服務或教學。
2，晚上飯店走廊會關燈，樓下保安可以大剌剌躺在椅子上睡覺，給人感覺真的很掉檔次。
3，設備老舊，房間也不大，燈光昏暗。確實蠻日式的，但這裝修風格我不懂，住起來就像是在鄉下的日式小房間裡，床很硬被子很薄枕頭很扁，寢具三件套沒有一件ok的，要說是日式體驗都還不如直接在榻榻米上鋪被子睡還比較有體驗感。
4，走廊有在燒薰香，味道很重，喜歡的會喜歡，但我們比較喜歡清香的味道，這薰香對我來說有點香的太濃烈了，聞著頭暈。
5，重點還是價格，一個晚上8000～9000真的性價比超級低，別說這是特價，原價還要上萬，一晚5000我都嫌貴，我建議重新裝潢重新定價，這裡完全不推薦，我不知道評分9分怎麼來的？？？？？

與太太生日時來住宿，房內的溫泉設施非常良好，四樓的公共浴池維護非常仔細，這次住宿一泊二食部分，晚餐餐點很好吃，份量很精巧，吃完不會有過飽問題，早餐的自助式餐點齊全，份量充足且品項多元，不論是晚餐或早餐的服務人員都很親切與細心
