Taipei Radium Kagaya International Hotel

日本語のできるスタッフがとても親切でした。
その他のスタッフも、気配りのある対応でした。
ただ、この北投地区は月曜日が定休日となっているようで、ホテルのレストラン（隣のホテルも同。）、温泉博物館も休館でした。そのような情報もexpediaに紹介があればと思います。

整體來說都還不錯，房間乾淨舒適，但員工感覺不太熱情，溫泉設施看起來有些歲月感，但功能仍良好。

Clean room, friendly staff, pretty hotel design. Room smelled a little bit funky though everything looked clean.

I loved my stay. The property is wonderful and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful and focused on service. Jason gave us a great introduction to our room and an overview of the amenities. He is super knowledgeable and funny. Fantastic hotel and highly recommended.

Breakfast service was the worst I ever experienced all 80 percent of food was empty and ran out and staff did not do thwir jobs tp make sure food did not run out. Horrible service for over priced stay. Ruin my vacation. Upper management needs to address and fix this problem or else no one will want to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful traditional Japanese style hotel with helpful multilingual staff. Delicious buffet breakfast with mostly authentic Japanese dishes although they did try to cater to Western tastes. Shuttle service to the station was very useful. Hot spring was onsite but no swimsuits allowed but no one mentioned it, no written instructions and so I got yelled at! Another disappointment which we didn’t realise was that the restaurant was closed so there wasn’t anything to eat all day when we got there. But apart from that I would recommend this place if you want the traditional Japanese experience (including sleeping on futon and dressing in Japanese kimono) without going to Japan. There’s also lovely Japanese gardens and interesting museum nearby about the history of the local hot springs.

一直很想體驗入住，但每次假期都不可能預訂到。這次趁平日訂房，終可體驗到「偽日本」的台灣旅遊經驗😆

房間夠大，服務則很看運氣，員工服務有點極端，態度不一。但大部分都很好，甚至乎上了的士離開酒店時，有三個穿著和服的員工居然特意走到對面馬路揮手告別，非常有禮！但第一次去温泉時，那個坐在接待處上了一點年紀的員工一直在講電話，想問他問題，他眼尾也不望一眼！直至我打開冰箱，他馬上昂高頭阻止！我才發現我不是隱型的！

由於是平日的關係，無論早餐和温泉，都很少客人。氣氛差一些。晚餐甚至酒店餐廳也不開門營業。

酒店早餐選擇不算多，但都夠飽。魚生也很新鮮。

酒店對面已是北投溫泉博物館，免費入場。體驗極佳，了解到北投歷史演變非常有意義和感覺！公園內的魚池、荷花池、圖書館也值得一看。吃飽慢慢逛逛走一圈也是賞心樂事！

酒店應該增加一些外語員工 改善一下員工對客人的應該有的服務態度

温泉街の中にあり、温泉気分を十分に味わえる旅館です。
日本の旅館より、日本の雰囲気です。
お料理も美味しいですが、宿泊費とは別のコース料理でしたので、高くはつきます。
日本語が話せる元気な現地のスタッフさんがおり、頑張っておられ、好感が持てました。
日本人スタッフは1名しかいないとのことでした。
一点、残念だったのが
壁が薄く、夜にエレベーターかコンベア？の音が鳴り響いていたことです。
22:30にはおさまったので眠れましたが、壁が薄いのが残念でした。

我們享受了愉快的跨年假期。房間很乾淨，提供了足夠的設備，浴衣、外褂、日式拖鞋也很方便穿著，服務人員也很親切有禮貌進行客房使用介紹，大眾池溫泉是最滿意的地方(先生說比礁溪還棒)，讓人完全放鬆，很快恢復精神！很開心這次的住宿體驗

We enjoyed a nice two night stay at Radium Kagaya with our baby. The hotel staff were very good at making our stay comfortable with a young baby. They provided amenities in the room, a steriliser, a bathtub, and the meals in the restaurant were tailored.

We had the executive suite which meant our daughter could sleep in the bedroom while we stayed in the living room. This was a good idea in principle, but actually a lot of sound and light travels from the living room to the bedroom (the separation is only a screen divider, not an actual wall). So you can't keep the light on in the living room without it being very bright in the bedroom. So once our daughter was in bed, we had to sit in the living room in silence and darkness unfortunately. For part of that time it is possible to sit in the private Onsen.

The food in the restaurant is very good, although can be repetitive. We decided to have lunch in the restaurant too, since they accommodated baby very well. It just means that we had the same meal 3 times, with some small variation. Perhaps the dinner set it best for those who stay 1 night, or 2 nights MAX.

During check-in, there was no specific introduction to the hotel facilities; only an information sheet was provided and we had to find out the rest ourselves.

I asked to use the public hot spring before checking in, but the receptionist charged me for it. When I was about to pay, my friend asked if there was a charge even for guests staying here, and then we didn't have to pay. They thought it was my fault for not mentioning it, rather than the receptionist not asking us.

The hotel's main entrance is strange and small, lacking style. The entrance to the lobby is also very indirect. The elevator is very old, and the hot spring area feels outdated, like a massage parlor.

From the photos, I thought the hotel was very large, but it's actually very small and many of the common areas are narrow. The restaurant on the third floor is not luxurious at all.

From 1 PM to 4 PM is the peak check-in and check-out time, with staff constantly decorating and arranging, making it very crowded.
We booked a family room for three adults with three futon beds, but when we got to the room, there were only two futons. When we called to request an additional futon, they asked for extra money. I told them we had booked a family room for three adults with three futons, and then they said it wasn't necessary to charge extra. They didn't even check our room type before asking for extra money. The service was not up to standard.
I requested an additional futon at 4:30 PM, but no one came to the room at 5 PM. When I went to the front desk to ask, they said they would arrange it later. Why did they say "okay" when I requested it immediately on the phone?
The room is strange; the balcony has a view of the doorways of other guests' rooms and the elevator.
The window in the toilet has no frame, so parents with kids should be very careful. It is not worth it to for pay USD 680 per night
