Hotel aconchegante, bem localizado, limpo e funcionarios atenciosos.
Ampliar o horário do café da manhã. Muitas vezes acordamos tarde e tivemos que correr para tomar o café, que é ate às 9h. Aliás, poderiam ter mais opções de frutas, sucos e frios. A cafeteria fecha às 18h, muito cedo. Mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado nossa estadia, é apenas sugestões

el desayuno no es bueno comparada con otras opciones hoteleras. Creo que debería haber mas variedad.
La pisicina nos gusto mucho, pero el horario, no. Porque uno quiere hacer su ejercicio desde bien temprano para luego desayunar y en la noche sería regia la piscina, pero se cierra muy temprano.
Nuestra habitación era para la calle y el ruido en la madrugada es terrible. Las tohallas para el cuerpo son muy amarillentas y muy feas dan la sensación que son revueltas con las de secar los pies.
Las camas.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación en la que estuve estaba totalmente malo, estaba supremamente sucio, olía demasiadoa humedad y apesar de que realice el reporte no hicieron nada más que decir que lo habían reparado, pero el problema persistió hasta el último día de mi estancia ahí. Realmente no descanse, olía muy feo y no fue para nada comoda la estadía.
Muy buena ubicación, comida rica aunque no especifican el menú, y no te podes repetir.
El personal de recepción, no resuelve nada, muy poco amables. WiFi pésimo!!! En las habitaciones no hay. Te dan un solo sobre de shampoo en toda la estadía! Y la infraestructura del hotel y decoración es muy antigua. No volvería

Está un poco deteriorado. Baños y zonas comunes les falta un poco de mano.
From the check ik i have problems since they try to give me twice a room diferent than the reservation, they never change the sheets, the towels were clean but really bad quality, and the room was really noisy, above it was a service room and all night the pump were running call to comply and do not have a solution
I called ahead to confirm they had hot showers. I was told they definitely have hot showers.
The showers had two knobs, one of which was hot and one of cold. Neither changed the temperature of the water. Both were cold.
There are no hot showers here.
Was annoyed but didn't want to bother with a fight, so I ate the cost and simply left.
I would not recommend.
