Hotel Verde Mar

O quarto era o último do segundo andar. Barulhento e fechado. Sem aberturas para circulação do ar. Ficamos no sistema de pensão completa. As senhoras do restaurante muito gentis. A piscina era boa, mas o atendente do bar da piscina extremamente grosso e antipático. A localização do Hotel é bem proxima as praias, lojas e aeroporto. Mas San Andrés cobram por tudo. Só lhes interessam explorar os turistas.

La comida es muy buena. La atención también es buena.

Nice hotel , in San Andres downtown , the bedrooms are nice and have nice views and the hotel has a good restaurant service , the food is delicious , and a social area is nice , perfect to travel with your family or couple the only issue , the pool is small , but who cares if you have the beach two steps away!

clean room a/c was great especially after a long dayat thje beach is refreshing go to your cold room,friendly staff foodis ok nothing to brag about it,beach is a walking distance lot fo restaurants near bhy dont really need a taxi aunless you going far,i recommed rent a cart for couple hourws and you can go to el hoyo soiplador,tour the island islander are friendly definitrly go back to san andres and the hotel

Fue muy agradable con una trato muy cordial de parte del personal del hotel, preocupación permanente por la limpieza, muy buena y variada comida. Un hotel tranquilo, buena atención, buena ubicación por su cercanía a la playa y al comercio y muy acorde con sus tres estrellas.
Solamente nos llamó la atención que en la ducha no existe agua llave de agua caliente, imagino por el calor reinante, pero los que somos de otras latitudes echamos de menos el agua caliente.

lamentablemente este hotel tiene muchas cosas por mejorar: no tiene datáfono para pagar con tarjeta crédito, la habitación tiene serios problemas de limpieza, las toallas estaban viejas y rotas, las sabanas no tenían una buena limpieza, la atención del personal muy deficiente y falta mas cultura del servicio.

This is an ok hotel. Nothing really great about it. The rooms were clean but watch out for the cockroaches, some will fall from the fan when you open the door to go out or go in your room. They do have an ok breakfast, lunch and dinner although it's somewhat limited in selection of food. It can get very loud at night because of the other buildings but quiets down around 11pm. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed her because the travel agency we booked our trip to San Andres recommended It to us. Even though it was Prepaid we left the hotel to another one on the second night. There were croaches in the room, toilet was dirty before we even used it, the pool is very small, food was not too good, the service was horrible. The room door didn't close properly, we basically had to slam it really hard everytime for it to close.

se me quedo mi celular blackberry nuevecito en el cajon de la mesita de noche, y porsupuesto se desaparecio, que poco honestas las personas que trabajan en este hotel
By mistake I left my new blackberry phone in the night table drawer, I called the hotel and it's no where to be found :( the people who work here weren't very honest
