Generally speaking, the hotel certainly met my expectations.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. If I were to list them point by point:

Location: It was a 2–3-minute drive from the centre of Pefkochori, and there were plenty of lovely beaches in the vicinity. We had no problems getting around. We also had no trouble finding parking. 9/10

Staff: They were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Room: Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and airy. It was cleaned every day. However, as it was on the ground floor, we did spot a few spiders and small lizards. Apart from that, we were very pleased with our room. 8/10

Pool: The pool is adequate. It’s a pool where children can play comfortably. My daughter had a great time in the pool. The sun loungers are comfortable and there are enough of them. 8/10

Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety. You won’t struggle to find something to your taste. However, there is a strong smell of pork in the breakfast room, which might be an issue for those not used to pork. If you can find a spot in the open-air area, you won’t have this problem. 8/10

Cons:

The drinks at the pool bar were local brand, and they tasted absolutely awful.
The spiders and small lizards we saw on the ground floor.

Pros:

Osoblje veoma ljubazno. Soba se cistila svakoga dana, i parking je odmah ispred objekta. Spoljasnji bazen je cist, i jako lepo uredjen vrt oko kompleksa.

Cons:

Za objekat koji je kategorizovan sa cetiri zvezdice enterijer jako skromnog izgleda, vrata na kupatilu i ulasku u sobu nisu dobro dihtovala pa smo morali po nekoliko puta da zatvaramo kako bi vrata konacno bila zatvorena. Dorucak izuzetno skorman, ispod proseka za kategorizaciju od cetiri zvezdice. Obroci skoro pa hladni, jogurti stoje u otvorenim cinijama bez ikakvog hladjenja. Aparati za kafu jako losi.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima perché è vicino alle spiagge più belle, la colazione è continentale ben fornita con tanta scelta dal salato al dolce alla frutta, bella la zona della piscina e l'hotel in generale, pulito, area attorno curata, il giardino veniva tagliato spesso, camera spaziosa e pulita, se ci si vuole fermare a cena o a pranzo il ristornate è anche buono. Il personale alla reception e alla colazione è molto gentile e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente come struttura mi è piaciuta molto.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma se devo trovare delle inezie è che avendo la camera a piano terra vicino al giardino ogni tanto entravano delle formiche, ma è abbastanza normale. Inserirei per la colazione delle varianti dei dolci nell'arco della settimana.

Pros:

Excellent swimming pool and pool bar, with a convenient location just outside the lively center of Pefkochori, offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is small and intimate, with a great poolside restaurant serving high-quality food. Guests also benefit from the hotel's partnership with Nostra Mare Beach Bar, where they can enjoy delicious cuisine and attractive sunbed packages on the beach.

Cons:

The apartment interiors could benefit from some refurbishment, as the overall style feels a bit dated. Another drawback is the location on a busy road. While this is beyond the hotel's control, the lack of a pedestrian crossing nearby makes access less convenient and can be a safety concern.

A disappointing venue in a low value for money
Pros:

Size of rooms

Cons:

The whole vibe of the hotel and the staff is process oriented, they forget that guests are coming for leisure and wish to rest from logistics. For example, every small need has to go through the reception... Picking up pool towels requires depositing 5 Euro per towel, charging your room for coffee at the bar, needs to be approved by the reception... Why not keep guests credit cards for security?

Then, the water at the tap is not drinkable but they don't provide mineral water on a daily basis although it is very cheap in Greece.

The family rooms are not decorated in a modern design and require some maintenance.

Lastly on location, the hotel is next to the main road so both the pool and some rooms experience some noise when seating outside. The walk to the town next by is not pleasant and there is no parking in town during peak season so it's pretty challenging.
