Pros:

Don’t dare to complain if you’re not happy with any aspect of the service.

On arrival in the early hours of the morning, there was no-one on reception to greet us, despite this 4* hotel claiming to have a 24h reception.

We sat in the reception area for several hours with our very tired 5 year old daughter and as cleaners and other staff walked through, they told us reception would open at 8am. At 8.40am, the hotelier eventually wandered in and greeted us with “good morning”. Maybe for him but not for us, and when we pointed this out and refused to say good morning back, he became very angry - shouting, banging on the desk and even shouting in our young daughter’s face at one point.

He told us we were not welcome to stay because we wouldn’t say “good morning” to him and despite repeated conversations with the travel company (LoveHolidays) we were advised to leave.

The hotelier refused to refund our money for the week we’d planned to stay there and we had to pay out for another hotel. Loveholidays initially promised to transfer our booking but they didn’t adhere to this. We were lucky to have the means to pay for somewhere else but some people might not.

On our return, LoveHolidays continually referred our complaint back to the hotelier for approval - he lied, saying we’d shouted, sworn, been aggressive to his employees and had chosen to leave voluntarily. He had no evidence to support this (and LoveHolidays actually had evidence to prove otherwise) but they always took his word over ours and refused to acknowledge his poor customer service or more importantly, refund our money.

The most awful holiday experience ever.

Pros:

Place is the complex of buildings located on very beautiful territory decorated with flowers and plants, there is a beach right in front of the hotel and sunbeds are free to use. Room is spacious, there is a lovely balcony. We really loved the breakfast, it was well done with variety of sweet and salty dishes. There is also bar next to the pool where you can order snacks and drinks while being on the beach, that was very convenient. Hotel has free outdoors parking. All the staff members were nice and attentive, cleaning was good too, we could agree when we wanted to have cleaning and when not.

Cons:

The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated, also didn’t find the pillows very comfortable
The sound isolation between rooms and from the corridor was poor and we needed earplugs to sleep
Lack of drying rack, since it’s a beach place you’ll have a lot of wet clothes every day

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Suite war super groß. Der Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. Jeden Tag, wenn gewollt, wurden die Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Es gab sogar einen Fahrstuhl, für Leute, die nicht so gut Treppen steigen können. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Lage, direkt am Meer war fanastisch. Ohne Auto ist man weit weg von allem, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir ein Mietwagen hatten.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück null Komma null abwechslungsreich. Ja, es gab soweit alles. Aber jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst, Käse, Obst, Spiegeleier. Säfte aus dem Automaten. Es war okay für eine Woche. Aber wenn man 2-3 Wochen dort verbringt geht es auf die Dauer gar nicht. Eine Kaffeemaschine auf den Zimmern wäre auch toll.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Leihwagen durch die ländliche Lage dringend zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht und ein Zimmer ohne separates Badezimmer erhalten. Waschbecken war im Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstür, gegenüber war die "Toilettenkabine" und daneben die Duschkabine. Für uns persönlich war das ein no-go. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Die Aussicht vom Speiseraum auf das Meer einfach traumhaft schön, ansonsten hatte der Speiseraum das Flair einer schlechten Betriebskantine, unpersönlich, häßlich und laut.

Tranquillità,silenzio e bellissimi gatti.
Pros:

La colazione era buona,completa di dolce e salato.
I lettini e ombrellone una buona risorsa anche se l'accesso al mare era un pò difficoltoso
La posizione era ottima per visitare l'isola è comunque necessario il noleggio di una vettura che consiglio di piccole dimensioni essendo le strade molto strette e spesso tortuose.

Cons:

Qualche piccolo particolare relativamente alla manutenzione per esempio del bagno o della tapparella che lasciava diverse fessure ma niente di grave.

Dionysius is a great owner and manager with gracious demeanour and dignity. Family operated hotel and restaurant. Loved this place. Excellent breakfast.

Belussi bella scoperta!
Pros:

Bella struttura pulita e in posizione tranquilla . Il proprietario sig. Dionisio parla anche un po’ di italiano e questo è un valore aggiunto è stato molto disponibile.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola, colazione molto buona e abbondante, bella camera con vista mare, bar/spiaggia carini per passarci qualche ora se non si vuole andare in altri posti, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

A really lovely stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Lovely quiet location. Really friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. The room was very large with a pretty terrace. Plenty of room. The rooms were kept really clean and the communal areas were pretty and very well maintained.
