Kelyfos Hotel Bungalows and Suites

was dissatisfied with my at Kelyfors Hotel stay for the following reasons:
Guests are required to dispose of their toilet paper waste in a trash can & not flush it down the toilet. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary practice.
The manager exhibits unprofessional behavior by setting up his office and taking phone calls in the common area spaces designed for guests (lobby, sofa area, outdoor lounge spaces, etc.) which no longer becomes areas for guests but becomes his space. He is an imposing person who is constantly overlooking and directing guests and employees. His constant presence in the common areas prevents guests from enjoying these spaces (he tells guests where they should sit; coincidentally away from where he is sitting in the common area); he is intimidating and his constant presence diminishes the benefits of guests enjoying the ambiance (sofa by fireplace, outdoor lounge areas, etc.). It puts guests in an uncomfortable situation.
Breakfast is served too late and only for a short period of time (8:30-10:30). Most 4-Star standard hotels begin offering breakfast at an earlier time and the normal window time is 3 hours (not 2 hours)
Terrible WiFi for a 4-Star standard hotel. WiFi only works in the comm

Five-star experience! All the packages were great. The hotel is situated at 5 min car distance from the centre city Neos Marmaras. Establish on a hill with a great view over the valley and a fantastic view when the sun goes down. To not forgot the pool that start from 1m to 1, 6!!!

The hotel has plenty of rooms big, spacious and very clean. The cleaning is done by the sweet cleaning ladies every day. Youll find a main bed that is very big king size and we moved it to the wall for our kid's safety. The other 2 beds accommodate hard and soft matters for every desire. Minifridge, aircon, blackout blinds and so on. Only downside for me was the pressure of water in the toilet.

We rented with breakfast and this one was by far the best one in years. Variety variety variety! 3 -4 egg types, 3-4 types of meat, salads, and baking to not forget desserts.

Other tip will be that a supermarket is just 2 minut from the hotel.

I'm impressed and definitely i recommend it to my friends if they choose Sithonia for holiday.

Schöne Hotelanlage in ruhiger Hanglage mit Fernblick!
Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit sehr geschmackvollen kalten und warmen Speisen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage mit Pool und Sitzplätzen ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und ein Ort der Ruhe. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches nur durch ein schmales Fenster Licht bekam. Die Tür musste wegen der vielen Moskitos besser geschlossen gehalten werden. Vermutlich stand während der täglichen Reinigung die Tür offen , sodass wir trotz abendlicher Mückenjagd viel gestochen wurden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, jedes Stuhlrücken der Nachbarn hört sich wie im eigenen Zimmer an.
Parkplätze sind ausreichen vorhanden.

 First of all, this is an exceptional place in every possible way. Hotel, and it's surrounding is one of the most beautiful things you will experience. There are lush green gardens,smell of pine, flowers, amazing pool, staff that is smiling, and always at your service, breathtaking view, peace and quiet, so needed to recharge your batteries😇 Still you feel that homely atmosphere, which only comes with perfect service, and that one (unseen) extra step that every person in this hotel strives to do.. Yanni takes unbelievable care of his guests, and he should be prazed for all the genuine effort.. To be honest this is one of those hotels you dont want to ever leave from.Breakfast has many varieties and choices, I have tasted pastrie that is like heaven on earth😇🌎 I am taking the tastes, smells of pine, olive and Kelyfos sea view with me like a loveliest memory, and still hope there will be an opportunity to come back as soon as possible.. Few facts, room was cleaned every day, we had more than plenty of towells changed regularly, there was a small iron, mini dolce gusto cofee maker😍💋 etc. I advise everyone to come for this taste of Greece, and I wish everyone at wonderfull Kelyfos all the best🌹❤️Efcharistó agapitoí fíloi, hopefully i wrote it correctly💐 All the best in the future!

Room was nice with a nice view. Actually the hotel has a nice view overlooking Porto Karras and N.Marmaras.
Nice pool with quality sunbeds. Breakfast and food is very good quality and Giannis the manager is very polite and helpful. Kelyifos salad, Greek burger and pesto spaghetti recommended.

Giannis is a wonderful host, an unbelievable guy and we sat with him and discussed! The room was accessible and with a beautiful view. The pool was magnificent with its master Manolis and I spent quite some time inside!
You should try the coffee, and the pizza of the kitchen.

This hotel offers splendid views of the sea and the mountain side. Watching the full moon from the balcony was a wonderful experience. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean.

The grounds are a great treat, making this hotel feel like a luxury resort. The swimming pool is huge and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The views for our morning coffee were fabulous. We didn't get to enjoy the food, as there were restrictions due to the COVID Pandemic. But we have heard great things about their cuisine and we look forward to trying it in the future.

The staff is incredibly helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Uitzicht was geweldig. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gezien de omstandigheden hebben ze er alles aan gedaan om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven.

A very beautifull location, very quiet, so many palm trees, super clean and warm personal. Everything was perfect. I strongly recomand. If i came back in Greece, it would be only at this amasing resort.

This hotel for only 2 stars and their prices is absolutely insane!! We had a great time with my family and we are definitely looking forward to visit them again! After finding everything already perfect something we didnt even notice the 1st day cause we didnt stay in, was the delightful food they serve during one of the most beautiful sunsets u will ever see...

A true experience, not only as a matter of accommodation but also for the location and cosy atmosphere.
We occupied a suite in the newly renovated area (being 2 adults and 2 boys of 10 & 12); spacious, one bedroom and one living room with beds for kids; perfectly clean with discreet decorations and wooden furniture, large windows and terrace facing the sea and the palms garden.
The rooms are spread on the hill in 2 distinguish areas, next to the pool&restaurant but without interfering with any noise!
The pool (sweet water, not from the sea), the bar and the restaurant area are located facing the sea, the sunset is just splendid; the chill music completes the atmosphere from breakfast to dinner. The pool beds are the most comfortable on earth!!
The kids have a playground in the restaurant area, to be closely supervised by the parents while having breakfast or dinner.
The breakfast is just perfectly balanced and healthy: home made pies & confiture, cereals & seeds, organic olive oil, veggies, warm dishes, omelettes, fruits, honey and the best greek yoghurt ever.
The hotel is a greek family-owned: Iannis is the best host ever: friendly, helpful, always having the best tips and moreover...very understanding (we asked for special fishes for dinner, an anniversary cake and his team arranged a perfect and delicious dinner for us and our friends). His wife took care of all indoor and outdoor set-up, which is very stylish.
Ianis is present all day long in the hotel, from sun rise to midnight; from his height 😁 (being a former basketball professional!) he keeps a keen eye on his team and give friendly but firm instructions to the staff. All of them made us feel completely relaxed and stress free!
We will definitely come back for another holiday!

First I must say many thanks to Yanis- the one man show that thanks to him we had special and unique experience at his hotel.
We arrived 4 families (19 persons all) at night.
Yanis waited patiently and from this moment took care of all our needs with his smile and patience.
For example- the shower head in one of our rooms Wes not well. In just 10 minutes he replaced it to a new one.
All his stuff is friendly .
The place is sitting on a hill- wonderful view to the sea and to the turtles island.
The breakfast is great and very satisfying- Greek traditional food, vegetables, several types of eggs, sweets, coffee and tea,serials, and more.
You can eat indoors or outdoors.
Outdoor is fun with breeze and wonderful view.
Almost every day we were bullied Yanis for recommending us where to go.
Yanis with his patience set us attractions and helped us.
Everyday we ate at the hotel-great dishes- low prices.
Yanis even answered all of our unique requests- not obvious.
There are great laundry services in the hotel.
There is enough parking.
The hote is 10-15 minutes from attractions and beautiful beaches.
The rooms are big and decorated greek style.
Every day the cleaning stuff cleaned the room and replaced all our towels.
There is drying facility in each room and sitting area with table and chairs.

Yanis our friend- we enjoyed staying at your hotel and enjoyed even more from being with you.
Keep rocking and play basketball- you are very special person.

A beautiful & clean place, lovely view, tasty breakfast and the restaurant is great!
The owner giani is charming and caring, the staff are really nice people. We were there during the big storm in chalkidiki and giani did his best to make us feel comfortable.

Every time we visit Greece we stay at this immaculate hotel(3 times till now). It is literaly like home as everyone is so attentive and warm. Both our kids are having a great time either at the pool or at the playground.we can not think of a better place to spend our holidays. Thank you all once again. Till next time xxx

Beautiful hotel. Great views, staff is super friendly and nice and will take care for all your needs 24/7. Rooms are Clean, food is just delishes although pretty much the same every day. Hotel Captain jiannis is very caring and helpful. He is always around taking care of things. Local supermarket whith reosneble prices is very close by ( 500 m' ) and have everything you need. Beach towels is not supplyed by the hotel, you have to bring yours. We had the time of our lives and hope to come back next summer. Love you kelyfos hotel!

The hotel is set on a hill outside the town. It has nice (distant) views of the sea. The common areas, like the pool and dining areas are beautiful. The rooms themselves are clean and functional. Breakfast has enough variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was fine. You need a car to get there.

Two things to note: The hotel has two "campuses". The main campus is where the pool is and the restaurant and it's all very nice. The "eastern campus" is separate from the main campus and requires going uphill a bit to reach the main campus for the pool, or breakfast. The rooms in the eastern campus are fine, but it's a tiny bit out of the way. The manager/owner of the hotel, a tall guy, is a bit pushy but his wife is very nice.

Will I return, yes in fact a very large yes plus it is very rare I give a 5 out of 5 but these guys deserve it! The staff were so hospitable, the location so good and the breakfast, lunch and dinner very good!

The hotel looks much better in reality then the photos on hotels.com. Great service, Very good food, amazing view. Highly recommended.

Our stay was really great in a wonderful hotel with really nice people. We would definitely go back there next year. Thank you Mr Lappas ( owner of the hotel) who made or stay really pleasant!
