La atención
Que le colocaron cloro a la piscina antes de la hora de cierre da la piscina y la empanada no nos dijo y nos metimos
Cercanía a las zonas comerciales, buen traro del personal.
No tiene agua caliente. Desde mi llegada me informaron que el desayuno se servía a partir de las 6 y 30 todos los dias y un cartel en recepción decía lo mismo, cuando bajé a desayunar el domingo estaba cerrado "porque los domingos abre a las 7", misma hora que llegaba mi taxi al aeropuerto, por lo que no pude desayunar, aunque estaba incluido en mi reserva, no tuve ninguna respuesta o disculpa formal, la señorita de recepción solo dijo que los domingos era asi. Deben informarlo para evitar molestias a los huéspedes.
Realmente los aires no funcionan todo es muy viejo, te pregunta si quieres agua caliente, poca luz, lencería muy vieja y mal olor el desayuno dicen 6;30 salimos a la 7 nunca sirvieron el desayuno

El desayuno increiblemente no incluye a los ninos, no me gusto el manejo de la informacion, no le sacan copias a los documentos sino usan un celular con whatsaap y de alli mandan informacion de los pasaportes. El personal es muy despota, grocero y poco amable.

El desayuno y la interrupción a la 1:00 am, solicitando el control del aire acondicionado para auxiliar otra habitación

Fatal me cobraron los impuestos que ya había pagado por esta vía. No hubo agua caliente en la habitación. En la ducha había mucho moho. El personal nada amable.
