Pros:

it's a very basic hotel. What we liked were the big rooms and good basic cleanliness. It is also very close to the Big City mall, which is probably the best and biggest in the Hsinchu area. What we didn't like: 1) one of our rooms had a persistent sewage smell. 2) No services at all... No concierge, nobody to help with luggage, nothing. 3) A/C to the whole building didn't work one night and into half the next day. 4) The lobby had this persistent kitchen odour from the in-house restaurant. 5) Gym has basically 1 working treadmill and nothing else. No pool or other facilities.

It's a good option if you're looking for just a bed to spend the night.

房間有霉味，即使只有一點點，即使開了空調之後味道很快能散去，但一進房間就聞到意味，這個無法接受。

廁所是透明玻璃，而且毫無簾子遮蔽，尤其洗澡時是直接面對客房的。 這個讓同性的人很尷尬，因為可能是年邁父母跟子女同住，也可能是商務同伴同住，體驗感極差。

Spacious Rooms, Good Location
Pros:

Stayed two nights with family in two rooms. Rooms are big and functional. However, the bathroom door can be dangerous for small kids. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the train station and Dongmen Market. It is also next to a shopping mall although we didn't go there.

櫃檯人員紀律待加強： 4/9 晚間check in的時候另外一位男性員工拿著手機站在櫃檯裡面肆無忌憚地大聲聊天，一點都不專業
衛浴設備維護待加強： 許多矽利康的縫隙角落已經有黑色霉斑，維護不佳(RM:739, check by yourself)

整體非常好的一間飯店！下次來新竹玩的話一定還要住這間！

真的是無可挑剔的好飯店！
房間的空間很大！兩人行李箱都可以攤開攤平！關於衛浴，浴缸很大，我175公分高的男生泡下去剛好到胸口，花灑水壓很強很好洗！自動開蓋的TOTO免治馬桶很讚！門口玄關就有鞋拔可以使用很讚，床好睡枕頭雖然軟但是很高，睡得很好！還有陽台蠻大的很棒，雖然是市區景觀，但也很不錯！重點是隔音也很好！早上房務人員打掃的聲音幾乎沒有被打擾到！整體來說真的是很喜歡的一間飯店！如果硬要說一個缺點就是wifi部分稍慢一點，但真的是很好的一間飯店了！推推！

櫃檯小哥笑容親切服務專業還幫忙推行李和搬行李真的非常感謝，房間整理得很乾淨，打掃人員很多，就是房間一直有水管的異聲導致入住期間睡不好，床很軟地理位置很好附近很多早餐店離巨城也很近
