aweful new staff

staff quality were very inconsistent.
the night of my stay i asked regarding my parking token and the lady looked at me with DISGUST AND AWEFUL TONE AND asked me"你是住客嗎？” “ARE YOU A GUEST?” (PS I WAS IN MY WORK CLOTHES AND HAVENT SHOWERED YET BUT THAT WAS SUCH A DISGUSTING ATITUDE) ( this was around 18:00)
I asked for a breakfast in my room since i have very important maters to deal with so i cant go to their restaurant for the breakfast but it didnt come
i asked for a morning call and again wasn't delivered. good thing i had 10 alarms set up since i took a sleeping pill.

I asked them to open the parking doors since i didnt get a token. the lady asked me to wait for 10 min for a different colleague while she had the remote to open the door and she's not alone on the front desk. meaning she'd rather have me wait 10 mins than tend to my needs at 11pm when i am in a rush.

PS: I've stayed in this hotel dozens of times before through multiple different platforms like agoda booking hotels and direct booking. the staff that tend to me weren't the old ones so im guessjng their quality is DECLINING.
