룸은 살짝 연식 있지만 아직 상태 괜찮아요.룸에 카펫이 싫어서 제게 이건 큰 마이너스에요. 가든뷰 좋아요. 냉장고 소리가 좀 시끄럽네요. 침구는 아주 좋아요. 복도에서 냄새나는데 아마 카펫이 깔려있어서 그런듯해요. 청소메이드님이 좋은 하루 보내라고 해쥬셔서

커플은 비추!!
Pros:

커플이 가기에는 비추입니다.
가족단위 숙박객이 많기에 시끄럽고
사람이 너무 많아요...;;

주차 공간도 좁고...
음...가격대비 뭔가 많이 별로라서
아마...다음에 갈 일은 없을것 같아요 :)

수영장은 물반, 사람반. 번잡해서 놀기가 번거로웠습니디.
체크인은 조금더 무뚝뚝하지 않은 분이 담당해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 친절하다는 느낌은 받지못했습니다. 주차는 너무 힘들었고, 부대시설이용도 사람이 많아 하지 못했습니다.
룸서비스 식사는 만족스러웠지만 2,3번의 내선 전화만에 연결이 된건 기분이 썩 좋지 않았습니다.

어린 아이가 있는 가족의 가성비 좋은 호캉스로 추천
Pros:

룸 : 제일 먼 곳으로 주셔서 힘들었음. 룸 컨디션 좋음.
서비스 : 직원들 마인드와 태도가 훌륭함.
식사 : 가격 대비 소소함. 더 키친, 블루사파이어 이용.
부속시설 : 수영장/사우나/짐(헬스)가 붙어 있어서 편리하고 컨디션도 좋았음. 탁구/스쿼시 장비 다 빌려주심. 다만 수영장에서 물 냄새가 살짝 났음. 25년은 매월 첫주의 화요일이 휴관일 같은데, 휴관 다음날인데도 소독약 냄새가 아닌 물 비린 내가 났음. 이 점은 호텔 측에서 성수기엔 잘 관리 해주실 거라 생각함. 사우나도 성별 구분해서 있고, 신문도 비치되어 있고 욕탕내에 타월/어메니티가 다 있어서 몸만 가서 씻으면 되서 좋았음. 키즈존(키110이하)도 적당히 놀만하게 구성 되어있음.

유유자적하게 시설들 이용하면서 놀기엔 좋음. 다만 시설 내 편의점이 없고 주변에도 식사할 곳이 딱히 없어서 호텔 내에서 룸서비스나 레스토랑 이용하게 되는데 가격대비 평범함.

Pros:

The rooms were nice cosy and big with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was amazing.
Facilities were top-notch, especially swimming pool, squash court, table tennis. and their garden is so romantic and lovely.
Breakfast was really nice with a lot of options.
and all facilities are free/included in ur room stay.

Cons:

One staff member on counter. one second day of our stay (named JOHN Something)
he was really rude and not in mood to talk. I asked him to change my room from twin bed to queen bed but he straight away saud NO, after asking again he said hotel is full but seems likes hotel was not even half full. he also gave us the room at the last corner of hotel.
No proper suana just hot shower.
secondly, you have to bring ur swimming short otherwise you have to buy from hotel that will cost you 70000 WON.
