The carpet in Room 111 is in need of renovation. Additionally, the window sill had not been properly cleaned and contained dead insects, which I had to clean myself. However, the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and hospitable. The facilities overall were of a high standard.

Pros:

Nice hotel, clean and confortable. They have a desk for taxi. The guy was pushing us to take a taxi from him to go downtown. We were booking a Uber car for way cheaper than what he was offering and was upset we chose to go with Uber.

for the price, i couldn't believe how lovely this place is for our one night stay, super comfy beds, quiet and dark rooms to sleep, great shower with amenities in the BR, really nice staff and overall great value for money, the only downside is the local hood, does not have much going on (need a uber to rainbow st) in terms of dining, but if you're here just to come sleep somewhere nice (like we were) this is amazing value for $$

This accommodation is gold. First at airport every taxi driver knows its name (I didn’t even have to give them the address). The check in is super smooth: friendly front desk, nice lobby. The rooms are well designed for travelers and they are very generous with toiletries in the BR. The shower pressure was amazing (hard find). BR modern and updated and clean. Beds comfy (tho pillows too hard). Depending on your floor you will hear street noises/neighbors so bring ear plugs. The outside area doesn’t trace much going on for anything walkable. We took a 2JOD uber to rainbow st and it was fire.
Pro: great price, modern clean comfy, nice roof top restaurant and great price.
Con: local hood had no great options and hard pillows.

Pros:

I stayed here for a week. Good value. Great buffet breakfast. Welcoming and responsive staff. Clean room. Nice extras, like a robe and slippers. It's right on a busy road so the traffic is a hum all day and night but that did not bother me - it's like white noise. I'd stay here again. About 5-10 mins from "new downtown" and 10-15 mins from Rainbow Street. Very inexpensive taxis and Ubers in Amman so it's easy to get places.
