Pros:

Completely met our expectations. The pool was great, and they also held our luggage for a few days. Highly recommended!

Ci siamo fermati un paio di giorni nel nostro viaggio in giro per la Colombia e ne è valsa veramente la pena. Bellissima
Pros:

Struttura in stile coloniale molto accogliente e silenziosissima. La piscina, piccola, è tenuta benissimo in un giardino estremamente curato.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

Nessuno parla inglese e non c’è la colazione

La casa Bustamante es un lugar precioso. Las casa la tienen muy bien decorada y sus jardines. La habitacion muy espaciosa, limpia y confortable.

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado un desayuno, seria muy agradable y comodo que lo ofrecieran o por lo memos Brindar cafe en las mananas y agua.

Mooi boutique hotel, fijn zwembad, fijne locatie
Pros:

Keurig boutique hotel, prachtig interieur en grote kamer. Heel fijn zwembad met ligstoelen, erg lekker in zo’n warme stad als Cartagena. Gunstig gelegen; lekker rustig en in 10 minuten wandel je de oude stad in.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg beperkt. Het personeel maakte nauwelijks contact. Vriendelijk op aanspraak, maar echt niks meer dan dat.

DESASTRE TOTAL
Pros:

Título: Fiesta organizada por el propio hotel y ninguna solución

Nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente inaceptable. Durante la noche hubo una fiesta con música, gritos y ruido constante en el hall, justo delante de la puerta de nuestra habitación, lo que nos impidió descansar.

Lo más grave es que, según nos informó el personal, la celebración había sido organizada por el propio dueño del hotel. Nos quejamos y solicitamos una solución y la devolución correspondiente, pero el establecimiento no asumió ninguna responsabilidad ni ofreció una compensación adecuada.

Tenemos vídeos en los que se escucha claramente el nivel de ruido. Además, después de nuestra estancia encontramos otra reseña de una huésped que relata una situación prácticamente idéntica: una fiesta de los propios dueños, ruido durante horas y falta de respuesta por parte de la dirección. Por tanto, no parece tratarse de un hecho completamente aislado.

Un alojamiento debe garantizar el descanso de quienes han pagado por hospedarse, no ser el causante directo del problema. No recomendamos este hotel si se busca tranquilidad, respeto al huésped y una gestión responsable de las incidencias.

Good but impersonal stay in Cartagena
Pros:

Tastfully renovated colonial house with patio and small swimmingpool, is located just outside the walls of the historic centre

Cons:

The owners also stay in the hotel and are using the communal areas. One day they were even hosting a family party in the living room/hotel lobby. As the owners are not particularly friendly you feel like an intruder as a hotel guest. The atmosphere is not warm, inlike our other experiences in Colombia.
The breakfast is monotonous and consists only of eggs and bread or arepa
