Loved the peace the beautiful pool area with so many birds residing and flying over

Pros:

The property is beautiful and clean. I really like the aesthetic. The staff were warm and very friendly. The location is close to the airport, the city wall and museum. Very quiet and walkable area. I appreciate the tips the staff provided on my first day about Cartagena and all services were swift. One staff member speaks English and the rest speaks Spanish which is great because I got a chance to practice Spanish with them!

Cons:

I wish the shower water could be a little warmer and a mini fridge would be great. The mattress is a hit or miss depending on the day for me. But I would stay again next time! Overall the staff made the experience!!

Lovely, close to everything, comfy and very clean place
Pros:

Very small and comfortable property. Lots of greenery, lovely pool, good breakfast and I loved Rose the receptionist she spoke very well in English and a bit of French she also helped me with my Spanish! Muchas Gracias Rose you made our stay unforgettable!

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for my liking but nothing else was bad…

Pros:

Rose y Wilson encantadores.
Las zonas comunes tienen mucho encanto y desayunar en el jardín es un placer.

Cons:

La habitación que teníamos aunque bastante grande poco iluminada y que nos aconsejaron cogernos un taxi por volver por la noche pero no lo hicimos.

Great boutique hotel with a wonderful staff.
Pros:

This boutique hotel is located very close to the historic center of Cartagena. It is a quiet place (important to us) with a nice breakfast offered near the swimming pool. Rosa, the concierge, is absolutely wonderful. She was most helpful during our stay with any and all questions we had about restaurants and places to visit in the city. Blanca, our housekeeper at Casa Bustamante, was very accommodating as well.

Estadia mediana.
Pros:

O atendimentimento dos funcionários. Muito educados e solícitos. A casa é linda, e a localização muito boa.

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Falta um pouco de criatividade e variedade.
Sentimos muita falta de um frigobar. As altas temperaturas da cidade demandam esse conforto nos quartos.

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Rose, toujours très disponible. La proximité, sans y être, de la vieille ville permet de vivre au calme avec la piscine pour se décontracter. Nous y sommes déjà venus récemment et confirmons nos impressions.

Superbe hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel a énormément de charme, il est typique de l’architecture locale. Les chambres sont confortables et la piscine est un gros plus.

Cons:

L’hôtel est à sept minutes en Taxi du centre historique ou 25 minutes à pied. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre car nous sommes arrivés très tard et nous n'avons pas pu boire.

La ubicación fuera de la muralla es excelente. Muy tranquilo y cerca de todo.
Mención especial para Rose en la recepción como para Manuel y Wilson en hacer nuestra estancia mucho más cómoda y segura. Son excelentes personas y staff. Muchas gracias a los 3.

Cons:

Mis puntos negativos son para la mujer del dueño del hotel que debía estar de paso por allí pero no hizo más que molestar a los clientes en las horas de descanso a la noche como si estuviese en su propia casa. Tuve que llamarle la atención y lejos de pedir disculpas aún se ofendió. Me pareció vergonzoso.

Colonial house
Pros:

We were happy with our stay because the place feels authentic and representative of the colonial past. The beautiful living /sitting room (and reception area) with the old photos and furniture made us feel like guests to someone's house. Rose with her smile and good vibes is all the money!
The patio with the small swimming pool, where breakfast is served, is very cool and relaxing. Rooms are simple but very spacious with good air-conditioning. The place is super safe as there is someone there 24 hours to lock and unlock the front garden door.

Cons:

We really missed a small fridge in the room. The weather is so hot that you definitely need one to put in some cold water or something
Also there wasn't a hairdryer but luckily Rose managed to get me one immediately. The rooms feel somewhat dark because they lack natural light
