Pros:

I liked the hotel’s location, the friendliness of the staff, and how clean and well-organized it was. The air conditioning in my original room wasn’t working, but they promptly moved me to a better room, which I really appreciated. Thank you to the team for their excellent service.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, Größe des Raumes optimal.

Cons:

Man darf sich kein neu renoviertes Zimmer vorstellen, der Teppich ist extrem abgewohnt und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, aber die Matratze war sehr gut.

das zimmer was nicht sauber, der boden nicht dreckig und offensichtlich gar nicht gereinigt. nach beschwerde wurde mir ein leintuch angeboten um es aufzulegen und reinigung am nächsten tag. diese reinigung ist nie passiert. im bad funktioniert die halterung der dusche nicht. die rechnung die ich erhalten habe per email weil der drucker nicht ging ist komplett falsch ausgestellt.

It was very good!
Pros:

It is a wonderful location for seeing Vienna. Room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Good value for the money.

Cons:

Took the clerk 5 attempts and three visits to get a room key that would actually work. No iron available for ironing your clothes. Was told it was an EU regulation which is not true!

Pros:

La cercanía al metro.

Cons:

Desayuno sin café. Las dos máquinas en mal estado y sin otras opciones. La habitación mal aseada y con olor a pipí de mascotas. Al mostrar las fotos en recepción nos cambiaron de habitación. No volveremos a ese hotel. No estoy en contra de las mascotas, pero no deben hospedar personas donde han dormido y orinado los perros.

Ha nem a tetőtérben kapsz szobát nyáron és kisautód van, akkor remek választás!
Pros:

Jó helyen van, abszolút belváros. Modern, tiszta.

Cons:

A tetőtérben a klíma nem bizonyult elegendőnek. A reggelinél a juice gyenge minőségű volt. A parkolás nem foglalható le előre (akkor sem, ha előre utalsz) és nagyobb autóval csak nagyon rutinos sofőröknek ajánlott.
