The location is lovely being 5mins walk from the nearest unground and bus stops.

Cons:

Room AC didn’t work for the first night. Found it odd that if I wanted to get my room clean I had to sign up a card and drop it in a Dropbox before 8am. No towels were changed despite hanging the card on Feb outside of the door. Room felt basic with no phones, and no complimentary water.

Cons:

First, every time you want to turn on the air conditioner you need to go to the reception and ask them, that happens every time you get in your room.
The cleaning is very poor. They didn’t clean the toilet and for some reason the room smells like piss everywhere. And you can’t do anything about it because there is only one person working there and they told us to deal with it.

Oda ferah ve sorunsuzdu. Halı üzerinde önceden kalma lekeler vardı ama çok sorun etmedik. Tuvalet ve banyo yeni ve kullanışlı bir durumda. Evinizdeki gibi hissettiriyor. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi metroya yakın ve etrafında herşey vardı.

Lage optimal. Preis-Leistung gerade noch ok. Hotel ist mehr Hülle als Inhalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. sehr gute Anbindung zur U-Bahn. sehr nah an der Fussgängerzone.
Betten und Kissen sehr bequem.
Wasserdruck hoch und somit Duschen angenehm.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war schwierig. Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug angereist und hatten vorab per Mail und am Ankunfstag für einen early Checkin angefragt. Dieser war nicht möglich, da die Zimmer noch nicht fertig sind. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns 13.45 Uhr zum Checkin und Bezug des Zimmers genannt.
Checkin und Zimmer waren weiterhin nicht fertig und erst 14.45 Uhr, 15 Minuten vor dem regulären Checkin konnten wir ins Zimmer und die Rezeption hat es auf Houskeeping geschoben. Der Checkin war dann ein Standardprozedere als hätte vor keine Kommunikation statt gefunden. Aus meiner Sicht unprofessionell.
Im Zimmer ging die Badezimmertür nicht zu, wegen einem vorhergegangenen Wasserschaden.
Die Rezeption war über diese Nachricht sehr überrascht, obwohl sie bestätigt haben, dass der Wasserschaden vor einigen Wochen erfolgt ist. Keine Reparatur der Tür. Schleift unten am Teppich und kann somit nicht geschlossen werden. ZImmer 108.
Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Kantine. Der Frühstück ist abgepackte Ware, der Semmeln waren teilweise vom Vortag. Da war die Frühstückssemmel der ÖBB im Nachtzug besser.
Es scheint ein Magementproblem zu geben. Die Mitarbeiter wirken wenig geschult und die interne Kommunikation scheint nicht zu stimmen.
