Größte Frechheit, man kommt nach einem Tag anreise beim Hotel an um dann gesagt zu bekommen das es kein Zimmer mehr gibt. Als Ersatz wird ein Hotel vorgeschlagen welches 30 Minuten mit den Öffis entfernt ist und bei 35 grad plus Temperaturen keine Klimaanalage besitzt?? Das kann es wohl nicht geben und dann wird einem einfach nicht mal weitergeholfen.

Die Rezeption war leider völlig unprofessionell und überfordert. Auf einfache Anliegen wurde nicht kompetent eingegangen, stattdessen erhielt ich widersprüchliche oder gar keine hilfreichen Auskünfte. Der Umgang mit Gästen war unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. So einen schlechten Service an der Rezeption habe ich selten erlebt. Leider kann ich diesen Betrieb aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Sólo la ubicación, a dos manzanas de la calle de tiendas y cafeterías

Cons:

La alfombra de la habitación muy manchada, daba asco, los pasillos olían mal. La TV no funcionaba, personal algunos muy apáticos. Un hotel de 2 estrellas, no nos gustó nada.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff were generally unfriendly and rarely smiled, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay.

I was especially unhappy with the receptionist who handled my check-out. He was the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered. His attitude was dismissive and completely unhelpful.

After I started packing, I realized I couldn't find my scarf. I clearly remember that the last place I had it was in my hotel room, and I had carefully checked the room before leaving. Because of that, I became concerned that someone might have taken it. Before jumping to that conclusion, I returned to the hotel shortly after checking out because I simply wanted to check the room one more time. Unfortunately, the staff refused to help or let me verify whether it was still there. As a result, I still don't know what happened to my scarf, and the whole situation remains very upsetting.

Good customer service is just as important as the facilities, and unfortunately this hotel fell far short of my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.
