Pros:

Clean, efficient, fast polite check in/out. Very close to 2 interesting restaurants (one Indonesian, one Austria fusion). Close to U3 metro line and Westbahnhof train station. Good value

Cons:

The room was not well accoustically insulated; the hallway outside the room echoed and some guests lingered and talked in the hall, even in the middle of the night. Wifi was out of service one night during my 3 day staty.

Beschwerde über den Aufenthalt
Meine Familie und ich waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel zu Gast و aufgrund unserer positiven Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit haben wir uns erneut für dieses Haus entschieden. Leider scheint es jedoch einen Managementwechsel gegeben zu haben, da die Servicequalität massiv nachgelassen hat.
Dieses Hotel entspricht absolut nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Hier sind die Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt enttäuschend machten:
* Zustand der Zimmer: Die Wanduhr war defekt. Zudem gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, und die Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby war ebenfalls dauerhaft außer Betrieb.
* Sauberkeit und Service: Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts von 6 Nächten wurde trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nur ein единственное Mal sauber gemacht. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.
* Personal: Das Personal vom Housekeeping war unfreundlich und wirkt völlig ungeschult.
* Grundausstattung: Es wurde nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt.
Es scheint fast so, als würden hier nur noch Zimmer vermietet, ohne jeglichen Service anzubieten. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und hatten uns von einem 4-Sterne-Haus deutlich mehr versprochen.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal.
Leider haben die Teppiche in den Zimmern schon sehr viele Flecken.
In einem Zimmer gab es eine seltsame Geruchsentwicklung, das Personal war sehr nett und ich durfte Zimmer wechseln.

If you're expecting a 4 star hotel you'll be disappointed.
The lobby is like a Turkish barbers.
Room is fine if a bit tired. Desperately in need of new carpet. There is cigarette smoke seeping in from the courtyard and the room generally is well past its best.
The worst bit is the noise. Every door and conversation reverberates throughout the hotel. We were unlucky enough to stay on the same day as a school trip which was very loud. What 4 star hotel books a school trip? 😂
Staff tried their best but place is obviously run on a shoestring. First two hairdriers we went through were broken and had to ask twice for a third.

Tolle Lage. Westbahnhof fußläufig. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden im Zimmer war doch sehr schmutzig - schade!
