The workers were nice

Comme j’avais essayé de mentionner pendant mon séjour, on est très mal accueilli, pas pu profiter de la chambre le balcon invivable cause des travaux en dessous et vu sur la route beaucoup de poussière et bruit.
On a demandé à changer de chambre même prêt à payer supplément sans retour positive. Beaucoup de moustiques sans traitement le soir pour éviter tout cela.
Ma fille de 3 n’a pas arrêter de tousser à cause des poussières et mon épouse enceinte on nous a donné une chambre tout au bout de l’hôtel. Nourriture tous les jours la même chose pas de qualité pour un 5 étoiles.

Great experience start to finish. Food excellent with a massive choice for any palette. Staff attentive, friendly and professional.

not much food for vegetarian or vegan People. they dont sign out exactly what there is for food for example. thre was spinach but with meat inside and you couldnt see it , only when you eat it and thats not nice. Salad is with cheese or fish or meat, its not really veganfriendly.The coffee is very bad. normaly in egyp you get nice turkish coffee but this coffee is just sour

Très bon moment passe au charmillion! Leur anglais est assez approximatif et ils ne parlent pas français mais on fini par s’en sortir!

3 çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık, çok iyi bir aquapark, temiz bir ortam ve gerçekten iyi bir otel. Sahil plajı yok, dolayısıyla günlük dalış yapma imkanı kardeş otele yapılan shuttle bus ile oluyor.

Worst all-inclusive hotel we've been to. Music was louder than at Ibiza; barmen barely knew how to make drinks and food was lower than average.

Pros: large property and good swimming pools and slides. Entertainment team try hard for guests.

Cons: standard rooms not big enough for family of 4- they ask for extra cost when checking and upgrade. Cleaners ok, not a deep clean everyday.
The worst: food! Bland, nothing for vegetarians except pizza/pasta/chips and salad. 2 al carte restaurants also has same type of food and nothing to rave about. Reception staff - terrible service and attitude

Amazing amazing amazing, everything about Charmillion aqua resort was amazing. Highly recommend, friendly staff, great food lovely spacious room. I cannot fault this place. PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE BAD FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! You will not be disappointed ☺️

Hotel is family oriented, kids have lovely time in aqua park , all over experience is great , but the food need more improvement

There wasn't anything about this hotel that was 5*
It should not be more than 3* hotel
Food was terrible
Charged for small bite size of ice cream
Only 1 bar that offers all the drinks
Even for tea and coffee you have to go to the bar
Beach is more than a mile away

The property was absolutely gorgeous with incredible amenities and all inclusive. But the best part was the staff who were so kind, attentive, friendly, and courteous. They made us feel like friends.

Pros-location from airport, quality of pools and water slides as well as staff

Cons- lack of vegetarian food options and those available are not clearly marked. Also only one main restaurant which an get very busy in the evenings.

Simply perfect!

Staff are brilliant. First time someone has actually got the Firestick working in the room when I’ve had a problem, although Wi-Fi in room is hot and miss but good in other area. Food is ok, but my omelette was an egg as they had run out of cheese ham mushrooms etc. shower is warm at best. Got the football on via bein sports at the bar. Shuttle bus to beach drops you at entrance of another charmillion hotel and then it’s about 300 metres to the beach where your AI is still valid. Good quality hotel where the staff are so attentive. Great aqua park slides for kids and adults. For £46 all inclusive a night single person it’s difficult to complain

Excellent hotel with brilliant waterpark that the kids loved.
Evening entertainment was ok for kids.
The staff were great especially the lifeguards who had a great rapport with thd kids.
Food was good- plenty of choice and the kids enjoyed it.
Our only downside was they were doing some work on the grounds just outside while we were there which meant i was woken early by the noise (7am) - however we were just unlucky with the timing of when we were there and they had to start early to beat the heat.
Overall an excellent hotel and would return.

We have spent 13 days in Charmillions Aqua Park and we had such a good time

Pros:
- A lot of fun on the slide for adults and kids
- Nice variety of food in the restaurant
- The staff was nice and welcoming
- Mini disco for kids and animation was great
- Kids area and playground
- Pool with wave was nice and never busy
- A lot of different activities to do during the day you don’t get bored
- The Spa was very good the massage was very nice and professional
- Nice gym facility

Cons:
- The state of the bathroom not very clean
- We needed to beg to get beach towel, they were not changed on daily basis as they said,
- The cleaner putting pressure on us the do the room when we were still inside
- The food got us sick 3 times in 13 days, we discussed this matter with the staff and guest and they all got sick at some point we believe from the chicken and fish and maybe some fruits
- The hotel is far from everything so you need to get on a taxi to get there
- Poor internet connexion

Positives kids loved Aqua Park although park pools close early at 5pm??. The resort staff are friendly and helpful. My room cleaner was excellent. Kids also loved the 9pm animation show.
Negatives - with only one main restaurant it can become very full and chaotic resulting in big queues when waiting to be served at the food stations. The resort is definitely catered to one nationality and you will have communication issues if you only speak English as it is barely understood at this resort. Too much queue jumping at food stations which needs to be addressed by management. Food is reasonable but I was disappointed with the evening dinner as not much variety from day to day although the bbq chicken cooked outside by the chef is delicious so I mainly stuck with this.
Snacks between lunch and dinner can be much better compared to other 5 star resorts in sharm el sheikh i have visited.

Food was disgusting all the meals there hotel is very old and not clean it makes you feel sick inside.
