Hoteles.com no quiere regresar mi dinero
Pros:

Al llegar al hotel no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que me toco incurrir en gastos adicionales y dormir en otro lugar... a la fecha hoteles.com no quiere regresar el dinero cobrado por las habitaciones que no utilice y además de eso ese mismo día me tuvieron en linea 2 horas para reubicarme y tampoco lo hicieron.. un servicio muy malo
