The location and friendly staff were both great.

Cons:

The fact that our bathroom, including the toilet, had no actual door that you could close to give you privacy when using the toilet. Bizaare! Our drinks in our mini fridge were not replaced when used each night.

Ich würde beim nächsten mal auf die ursprüngliche Buchung bestehen oder ein anderes Hotel nehmen.
Pros:

die Lage und das nette Personal.

Cons:

Wir wurden kurzfristig ins Nachbarhotel (Victoria) umgebucht und dort in den unschönen Anbau einquartiert. Die Aufzüge waren sehr schmutzig, die Zimmer sehr alt, keine schöne Aussicht. Die Eismaschine auf dem Flur kaputt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings hatte ich schon besseres im 3 Sterne Hotel. Zusammengefasst hatte man mir mit der Umbuchung ein upgrade versprochen, das habe ich definitiv nicht bekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsprach keinem 4 Sterne Hotel. Zumindest nicht in den Zimmern, in denen wir untergebracht wurden.
