الفطور كان جيد جدا وكذلك موقع الفندق بالقرب من المحطة المركزية للقطارات والمترو وايضاً قريب من معظم الاماكن السياحية والتي يمكن ان تصل اليها مشيا وكذلك بجانبك جميع الخدمات من مطاعم وسوبر ماركات

Localização excelente! Além de ser em frente a estação central, é próximo de boa parte das atrações de Amsterdã. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã excelente.
Ausência de box no banheiro.
Breakfast was quite good, to the point and in a cozy atmosphere.
Room is super amazing! The Kevin Murphy and the Marshall speakers are wonderful additions. The bed is so comfy and the way you put on the lights based on the mood you please is out of this world.

Reception is on point. They actually read my messages, called me one night before my arrival and accommodated for my request of wanting the largest windows available in a room, given im claustrophobic.
Cleanliness can be slightly enhanced. Room service cleaned my room so briefly, the mirror in the bathroom was probably mopped with an unclean cloth making it look a bit cloudy.
On one of the nights I found a baby silverfish in the bathroom, which shouldn't be the case. - but nothing to turn the experience down.
Fantastiskt hotell med perfekt läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt frukost och väldigt rymliga rum. Poolen var mycket uppskattad av döttrarna. Rekommenderas varmt.

Great location for arriving by train and exploring the city. In a touristy area but a quick walk to the canals. The wellness area was a lovely feature and very unusual for a city hotel. The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The breakfast was good value if you booked the night before for a discount. The restaurant was also great quality.
The only gripe I had was that the bed was very firm. It gave us both back ache as we are not used to sleeping on such a hard mattress. On the third day I asked for an extra topper to be put on the bed and they did this for us and it was a lot better.

Vi aksepterte voucher som kunne benyttes i baren eller i restauranten, som kompensasjon for renhold på rommet. Dessverre var restaurant og bar stengt den dagen vi hadde mulighet å bruke den. Så nå har vi voucher til neste gang 🐣

Cleanliness. When staying at an hotel with a beautiful location and welcoming staff, you expect to have a clean room. The trash bin was not emptied for 3 nights (until we asked since it was full since day 1). There was a lot of dust on all the tables (we asked the staff to have it cleaned but it wasn't). Water bottles were not replenished daily (only 2 bottles at arrival and nothing else). Tissue box was not full when we arrived and was empty by the second day and wasn't replaced. Mini-bar was broken and couldn't be opened or closed easily.
This hotel is unique, fun, and full of art throughout, including its own gallery. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food at Arco, the restaurant, is absolutely delicious. Breakfast is also excellent.
Just a few small awkwardnesses about bathroom lighting (especially at night) and positioning of fixtures…but those were minor compared with the many positives.
