Sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist eigentlich zu fuß erreichbar. In der Lobby kann man auch sofort Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Restaurant im Haus ist gut besucht und zu empfehlen.
Insgesamt sind alle Räume und das Hotel sehr dunkel gehalten um nicht zu sagen schwarz. Das mag sehr modern sein, und zwar ist etwas zu dunkel.

The whole trip was fantastic made enormously better by the delightful Flo who checked me in and looked after some issues with the ironing board. A delightful young woman who is an absolute credit to herself her family and the Radisson group. Well done Flo.
This one is long overdue hats off to the entire team of Art Hotel who took care of me like a family the 3 days I stayed were made memorable by Mirela, Daniela, Denisa and Anna. With Jamal, Brian and Steven checking on me giving me directions and ensuring I came back on time I couldn't have felt safer as this being my first solo trip I was really sceptical earlier. Last but not the least Chef Andre and Chef Jonny along with the servers Marianna and Gloria ensured that I had something on my plate considering my Vegan diet. Location is just wow centrally located right opposite Bus Station and just near the market too. You could'nt go wrong with this hotel the staff treats you like family. The memories still make me smile because of you guys I was still home away from Home Thanks a lot
We stayed during late Jan, perfect location a stones throw away from Centraal Station, couldn’t fault anything.

Everything. Truly everything. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The design is beautiful, modern, and full of character, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The room was extremely comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed.
The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The location is perfect: central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Amsterdam on foot. I felt relaxed, welcomed, and at home during my entire stay. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean.
The price of the buffet was not well marked. We heard the hostess say 950 for the buffet. both of us heard this. so we did the buffet and come to find out it was 2950 or $70 for two people which is excessive. You can get a decent breakfast for €10 just around the corner so don’t eat at the buffet.
Everyday they weren’t cleaning but only putting the bed sheet back and not changing it
