立地が便利、ファミリーフレンドリーなかわいいホテル
Pros:

雨だったので、無料の傘を貸してもらえたこと。スタッフの方がよくしてくださった。お菓子のバイキングやドライビングゲームがあったこと。立地がよくて、ホテル全体のモチーフがとてもかわいい。バスタオル、タオルなどが貸してもらえた。シャンプー、ボディソープもあった。

Cons:

トイレとシャワーが一緒で床がぬれる。部屋に入ったとき水がなくて、隣の家族の部屋にはあったからリクエストして水を置いてもらえたから、はじめから置いてほしかった。もし知らなかったら、ないものだと思っていた。ホテル一部廊下やエレベーターが臭い。スタッフは聞けば教えてくれるが、聞きやすい感じではなかった。以前泊まった時はとても親切な男性スタッフが日本語を話してくれたが今回はちょっと残念の感じがした。でも対応が悪いわけではない。

Very close to Taipei Main Station, friendly front desk staff, the bathroom sink was a bit small but there was a second sink outside, has a free candy shop for guests to get local Taiwanese snacks and candies, great value for the money, highly recommend

Would LOVE to stay again. Perfect place.
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
I love the design. The complimentary water and the free candy were such a nice surprise.

Cons:

The breakfast was kind of basic, but honestly, it was a good thing because there are SO many amazing places to eat around that it's kind of a waste to eat too much at the hotel. So, overall, not a big deal.
Honestly, it's just a nitpick. The hotel is amazing.

1、WI-FI偏弱
2、可理解浴室小，故把盥洗用洗臉台設在房門邊的考量，在僅供一條足布下，我得選擇把它放在這還是浴室內?雖說洗臉台前有個排水孔，但盥洗時或多或少會濺出水在地上卻沒有足布防止地面濕濕的。不管是浴缸或是乾濕分離的浴室，卻沒有淋浴拉門或布簾防止水濺出，以至於整個浴室乾濕不分離，不確定貴飯店是什麼因素沒有拉門或布簾，呼應前面說得也許給兩條足布可以短暫解決這問題?
3、我其實不管是事前OTA後台或入住當天都有提到需求住宿明細的部分，不確定貴飯店的飯店作業系統是啥?但如果有系統的話，基本上住宿明細應該是很快就能印出，亦或是事前就準備好，也許是你們發票是退房開立的關係，以至於不能先開明細?也許能有個住宿證明的範例檔案直接套用，來解決等有點小久的部分，因為不是每個住客都有時間等
