Great location and beautiful facilities with mostly professional staff.
Pros:

Beautiful converted mansion filled with artwork and gorgeous design elements

Cons:

At breakfast there were issues with having the tables laid correctly so we had to keep asking for things. Asking for tea seemed an impossible task! And butter!

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was the best ever! And the staff super friendly!

A luxury hotel that is also an art gallery
Pros:

Stylish luxury hotel in the artistic Barranco neighbourhood where art, food and local handcraft is in walkable distance. The building was built in 1914 as a summer home and has been carefully renovated. The whole hotel is like an art gallery - a remarkable collection of paintings and sculptures from local artists throughout the last century are on the display.

The rooms are comfortable and true to their origin. The hotel offers a rich buffet breakfast, as well a la carte options - try the Peruvian eggs. The dinner menu features all Peruvian classics and the bar can equip you with a proper pisco sour.

Excellent property, location, food, but some quirks still need sorting out
Pros:

Excellent property, great location, terrific breakfast and amazing afternoon tea included

Cons:

Whilst the room was lovely, we booked a room with a balcony and we never got it, which was a shame as the weather was great for sitting outside. The room at night had a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs, the aircon was also noisy, and it was only by our 3rd night that the staff were actually able to work the blinds in the room

Amazing.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel. The breakfast and afternoon tea were 10/10 amazing. Great location, staff were so polite and respectful. Loved it.

A beautiful building but traffic a problem
Pros:

Charming old house, wonderful breakfast and good location.

Cons:

Very busy road ran straight past our room window which meant there was a lot of noise and fumes. Staff weren’t as welcoming and friendly as I have come to expect from a Relais and Chateau.
