Gostei muito das pessoas que trabalham lá , são extremamente educadas .

Cons:

Falta de limpeza nos quartos , o chão sujo ! Minha filha que engatinha sujou toda a roupa . Muito barulho a noite , tava tendo uma festa de aparelhagem praticamente do lado .

Café da manhã não é livre. Não explicaram o que tinham para comer. Veio em porções, picado. Não gostei dessa forma de serviço. O quarto que me colocaram com minha família tinha uma cama horrível. Quarto 122. Já havia ficado outras vezes nesse hotel e as outras experiências foram ótimas. Não tinha cardápio no quarto para escolher os pratos do serviço de restaurante. Achei bastante despreparado o estabelecimento. Minha experiência foi horrível, diferente das outras vezes que fiquei por lá. Precisa melhorar urgentemente.

quarto estava porta quebrada,nao fechava,ar nao funcionava e precisou trocar,e no outro quarto a porta nao abria,foi preciso atendente ir nos ajudar.Mas gosto de ficar hospedada devido acesso facil a varios lugares.so fazer melhorias q ficara top.
