Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale ma il resort non è adatto a famiglie con passeggini (l'ascensore è stato chiuso). La stanza familiare è davvero molto dattata e si nota in modo particolare la pulizia che non è il top. Cibo nella norma ma c'è un odore molto forte da nausea nella zona bimbi (che non siamo mai riusciti a capire cosa fosse). Devo dire però che con l ultra all inclusive (bracciale verde) è davvero TUTTO COMPRESO (gelati,pesce in zona piscina, lattine...)

Pulizia igiene e cura nei dettagli eccellente, la cucina tra le migliori di tutti i Resort visitati negli anni, operatori attenti e scrupolosi a tutte le esigenze, che dire a cominciare dai ragazzi che fanno le camere, agli operatori in sala ristorante, agli addetti agli spostamenti delle persone con piccole disabilità, ai ragazzi addetti alle piscine, ai giardinieri ai ragazzi della reception ed a tutti coloro che ora non ricordo ma che operano in quella struttura per il benessere del villegiante, un plauso di merito per il loro impegno. Otele erken giriş yapacağımızı öncesinde belirtmemize rağmen girişte 2,5 saat bekledik. Ve erken giriş için de ekstra 40 $ ödedik. Giriş yaptığımız da saat 9’du. Resepsiyon da çalışanlar çok lakayit ve yavaş. Çıkış yaparken sürekli ekstra para almaya çalışıyorlar. Örneğin bardak yok cam kapanmıyor veya havlu yok diye bir yaklaşımları var. Oda servisi ile ilgili olarak bahşiş verirseniz ellerindeki tüm imkanları seferber ediyorlar. Bahşiş yoksa su bile almakta zorlanacağınızdan emin olabilirsiniz. Yemekler iyi değil, Türkiye deki 3- 4 yıldızlı oteller gibi düşünmek gerekir.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom chalet. These really need renovation and are outdated. Shower were blocked and no WiFi available. Cupboards with no hangers and frames of furniture dusty. Fridge died and water everywhere in the tray than fixed later. Would not choose to stay at this property again as really 3 star and not 5
