服務人員非常貼心，因為我騎重機旅遊 門口走廊較小無法停車 後面停車場又寫禁停重機 但服務人員特地告知其實重機能停 方便非常多 一樓大廳也非常舒適 房間超舒服乾淨整潔，大推推！

The staff were very helpful and kind. I got delayed by the transportation so I arrived later than the check-in time but they helped me got check-in successfully. (Note: You need to put your infos in the “Reservation” menu, not “Check-in”, to check-in with the kiosk.

Cons:

The desk area had some funny smell but overall it was ok.
