Very good hotel, good location, good breakfast, but needs a small renovation, especially rooms and elevators.
Windy side of the island, pool water cold until afternoon, beach is noce but high waves and impossible to get in the water.

- Sehr gute Lage, nähe Flughafen, Stadt
- Direkt am Meer, etwas wellig aber ok
- Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett sehr bequem. Grosses Kissenmenü.
- Eingangstüre Schloss war defekt, wurde jedoch schnell repariert.
- Pool sehr sauber, jedoch funktionierten die Massagedüsen leider nicht. Sehr schade.
- Personal sehr freundlich. Rezeption, Restaurant, usw. Macht weiter so.
- Das Restaurant war hervorragend, Essen war sehr sehr gut. Grosse Auswahl. Es hat für jeden etwas.
- Spa Center top Ausstattung + Personal. Preis Leistung gut. Jedoch der Massageraum in der Mitte von der untere Etage: Einsicht, Akustik schlecht. Könnte besser sein.
- Aktivitäten top, Minigolf, Unterhaltungen am Abend sehr gut. Passt alles.

Pros:

Väldigt fint hotell med bra poolområden, restauranger och härlig service. Rummet var dock något av en besvikelse(förutom badrum) för ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Som tur är så är man knappt på rummet. Rummet var okej men inte mer än så. Konstiga materialval på vägg och garderober. Hela rummet kändes föråldrat(förutom badrum som var renoverat och fräscht). Trots det skulle jag åka tillbaka till hotellet men då välja ett annat rum(vi hade dubbelrum med bergsutsikt). Frukosten var nämligen fantastiskt, poolområden och faciliteter är mycket bra.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room.

We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful.

The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall.

Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star Htl
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Cons:
-The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating.
-The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place.
-There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered.
-The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation.
-At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start.
-Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient.
-No food or drink service was available at the beach.
-Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu.
-The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome.
-During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing.

Pros:
-Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast).
-Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room.
-A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out

Große Zimmer mit toller möblierter Terrassen,
tolles Restaurant auf der 8 Etage mit super Ausblick,
wirkt nicht überlaufen auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, außer die Liegen am Pool die leider immer schon früh morgens reserviert werden:-(
Bequeme Liegen am Strand, hier bekommt man auch immer eine Platz.
Nervig ist, das man für die Restaurants in Hotel vorher immer erst an der Rezeption reservieren muss. Also spontan geht da nix auch wenn noch Platz im Restaurant ist und sie schließen auch relativ früh.
Aber es gibt genügend Tavernen in der Nähe.

advertised as 5 star all inclusive but you have to pay for certain restaurants, toiletries are not included food is meh and amenities are not good apart from fee board games theres literally nothing else included. Gym is small and not enough equipment for a 5 star hotel. Food is literally almost the same every day. Fridge isnt refilled and there is no snack bar. Typical overhyped European 5 star hotel which is a fake all inclusive. You can only use certain restuarants if you stay for 7 nights

Pros:

This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub.
Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee.
Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool
Everyone was very nice & spoke english.
The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

A lovely resort in Ixia
Pros:

A very nice family friendly hotel. Communal areas are clean and well maintained, and a pleasant atmosphere without being loud. Generally found the food to be of a very good standard with nice variety throughout our stay.

Die Aussicht vom zimmer im 8.stock war fantastisch. Das wir nach der Eincheckzeit um 15 uhr noch 1.5 stunden auf das Zimmer warten mussten, unangenehm. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Begrüßungsglas um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Lage direkt am Meer heisst man muss die Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel überqueren. Der Strand ist aus Kies , Badeschuhe Pflicht. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Sanitäranlage nicht gerade neu. Trotz Wartezeit waren noch Haare der Vorbewohner im Zimmer und Fenster schmutzig;; wurde aber auf Geheiß gereinigt. 3 Aufzüge- einer war defekt- führten zu längeren Wartezeiten ebenso bei der Platzierung im Restaurant.- Massenabfertgung wie in einer Bahnhofshalle geprägt durch AI gäste mit Nimmwasdukriegenkannst Mentalität. Getränke auf der Karte nicht vorhanden., werden ungefragt ausgetauscht. Als ich den Wein auf der Karte wollte , wurde mir von der Bedienung gesagt ich solle netter zu ihr sein. Rollentausch. Rechnung für die Getränke kommt am Anfang des Essens. Essen ziemlich ungewürzt und britisch. Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht nur nicht frisch sondern Instant total verzuckert. Obst zum selber schneiden oder aus der Dose. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt: er öffnet erst um 10 uhr um 9.30 sind alle Liegen belegt und schliesst um 18 uhr . Badehandtücher bekommt man auch nur zu dieser Zeit. Was macht 5 sterne aus? Für den Gast wohl eher sich wohl fühlen, geschätzt zu werden, Annehmlichjeiten zu haben..Fehlanzeige. .
