Maden var fantastisk

לצערנו, חוויית האירוח הייתה מאכזבת. הצוות נראה חסר סבלנות ולא אדיב, מה שפגע מאוד בתחושת השירות. האוכל היה ברמה נמוכה, עם מבחר מצומצם מאוד, ולעיתים כמעט שלא היה מה לאכול מעבר לסלטים.

המלון משווק את עצמו כ”כולל הכול”, אך בפועל זה לא הרגיש כך. לדוגמה, עמדת המים נסגרת בשעה 23:00, כך שלא ניתן אפילו למלא כוס מים, ונאלצים לצאת ולקנות מים מחוץ למלון. בעיניי, זמינות של מי שתייה היא שירות בסיסי שמצופה ממלון, ובוודאי ממלון שמציג את עצמו כ”הכול כלול”.

מלבד המיקום והחדר, לא הייתה לנו חוויית אירוח חיובית, ולא היינו בוחרים להתארח במלון שוב.

Das Personal ist unglaublich nett. Wir waren viel zu früh da, uns wurde Frühstück und Kaffee angeboten und alles möglich gemacht, dass wir früher im das Zimmer kommen konnten. Vielen lieben Dank!

The biggest benefit is the location — right in the heart of Hersonissos, where everything is around you, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. We were lucky to get a refurbished room with a lovely view of the olive trees. The room was very large and comfortable.

Cleaning was done every day, and during my 7-night stay, the bed linen was changed twice.

The food was lovely, with a big selection of main courses and desserts.

The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming.

On Arrival the male receptionist was the friendliest of people Our room was fince clean comfortable but very hot air con didnt work we mentioned this straight away was informed it would be sorted next day Hardly slept that night on 2nd Day again mentioned it to recieption staff and was reassurred it would be sorted later in afternoon. After returning back to the room late afternoon air condition was still not fixed and then told as it was Sunday woukdnt be sorted until next day so another night of restless sleep which spoilt things
Food was poor choice virtually the same every day
Drinks which were available for All inclusive were very limited
Great location Bar staff very friendly and helpful
Didnt understand why there was a kettle in the room when there was no coffee tea milk or even cups to make use of it Pool area was lovely but actual access to pool was very difficult no towels for pool area No evening entertainment Sadly we wouldnt return

La struttura molto bella, accogliente ed il cibo buono. La stanza pulita e location vicina alla spiaggia. Peccato per il fatto che la stanza non disponesse di aria condizionata funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception per due volte si sistemare il problema ma niente. Siamo stati come in una sauna.

Luigi the barman was amazing, the food was excellent, constant different choices, location great, lovely comfy sunbeds.

Great property with great sea views. Easy access to restaurants, activities and bars around the city. Lovely place.

Wygodne łóżka, ładne, świeżo wyremontowane pokoje. Dobre jedzenie, niczego nie brakowało i bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, chętnie tam wrócimy 😍
