No había cupo para hospedarme, aun con reserva

El hotel estaba lleno y ni siquiera pude entrar. Me dijeron que era un error de la aplicación y que no entendían cómo no habiendo cupos me dejaba hacer la reserva.

Pros:

Unfortunately I stayed in this hotel because it said it had a gym, which it did not. It had a miniature treadmill and bike, neither of which worked. The room was also unbearably cold and the noise from the street was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The noise was not the fault of the hotel, but the rest should be remedied.

No volvería, ni lo recomendaría.
Pros:

Habitación extremadamente pequeña( me la reservaron como triple). Olor a humedad INSOPORTABLE!!! Desayuno: PÉSIMO. Todos los dias de mi estadía tuve que solicitar toallas porque dejaban siempre una (reitero, eramos 3 y así pagué... por 3!!) .
Ubicación: excelente.
No es un hotel 3 estrellas, cuanto mucho 1 estrella. El personal MUY AMABLE, las instalaciones incómodas y no son lo que describen... no hay restautant.

Loud club next door
Pros:

They tried to charge me more than the reservation amount.
There's a night club right next to the hotel. They had the music blasting all night till 3am. Every night.

Room far too small for my needs
Pros:

Despite the staff being very lovely throughout my stay, the room I was given was awful. It was basically the size the of a store cupboard right next to the stairs where people head up for breakfast. As the hotel is an open plan design, noises and houses could be heard all through the night and was not a relaxing place to stay at all. The next door nightclub didn't help matters either by playing music until 12pm/1am.
I stayed for 2 nights and picked the hotel mainly for its central location which was great.
The room was not very clean, with in particular the toilet seat being very dirty despite having a piece of paper over to say it had been cleaned. The room was freezing cold.
It did however have a well stocked minibar.
The bathroom was so small that you could not even fully open the door. The bedroom also very small and there was barely any room to put my luggage.
Overall the staff were very nice but the room was much too small and standards of cleaning need to be improved.

Günstiges Hotel, aber laut
Pros:

Günstiges Einzelzimmer, allerdings lautes Zimmer und nur spanischsprachiges, unfreundliches Personal. Zimmer sind um einen Innenhof herum angeordnet, daher sehr laut ebenso der Verkehrslärm. Frühstück ist sehr eintönig, es gibt nur Rührei, Früchte, einige Arten Kaffee und 2 Scheiben Brot. Nachorderung ist nicht vorgesehen.

Bon accueil, hôtel simple et plutôt bien situé, tout près des musées de l'or et Botero. Le quartier en lui-même est plutôt dans la partie populaire de Bogotà, les quartiers 'chic' se trouvant plutôt au nord de la ville - Chambre et salle de douche trop petites, manque de place et de rangement ; bruyant - en même temps le tarif est très bas - petit déjeuner simple mais correct, personnel aimable - installations : hammam, salle de sport, non testées
