Well situated for the sights of Heraklion.
Bus stop outside the hotel for airport bus.
Nice varied breakfast.
When I came back on my third day the balcony door was open, presumably left in that way by the cleaners. The balcony is easily accessible from all the other rooms on my floor. I reported my concern to the front desk. Also when I checked out I was told payment had been received yet I had to sign a credit card receipt, so I have concerns about whether there is going to be another payment.

This hotel is very conveniently located, about a seven-minute walk from the main thoroughfare of 25 August Street and shopping area, where you'll find plenty of shops and food places. The Venetian Harbour is about half-a-mile away, as is Liberty Square at the other end of the city centre. If you're travelling from/to the airport, the number 1 bus leaves from a stop about a four-minute walk away.
The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, and speak very good English. I turned up ahead of the normal check-in time, hoping to just drop my bag off and do some sightseeing around town until later on, but my room was ready, so I was able to check in earlier than expected. I was also able to leave a bag at reception on check-out day, and go off around town and return to collect it later.
The room was very good, and had a balcony with a 270-degree view. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee, which is always a nice-to-have. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The breakfast was good, with a good range of cereals, fruit, hot food, pastries, rolls, tea, coffee etc.
I would certainly stay here again, were I to visit Heraklion.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas du centre-ville. Arrêt de bus à proximité, de nombreux restaurants. Petit déjeuner sympa et bien achalandé. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
La salle de bain n'est pas très fonctionnelle, et s'inonde vide après une douche, alors après quatre... C'est un point à améliorer. Et la rue est assez bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit.
The possibility of parking in the city as wanting to visit both the Museum and Knossos. Though driving in the city pretty hair raising - very narrow streets in places.
A bit noisy with the other rooms but to be expected. Would have liked plug for phone by the bed!

Hôtel très bruyant donnant sur la rue. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause des fêtards qui rentrent tard.
Du bruit aussi avec les véhicules (surtout les 2 roues).
