満足！
Pros:

きれいに清掃はされているし、石鹸、枕、タオル、ポットなどかなり揃っていたと思います。バルコニーからは絶景というわけではないですが、海が見えました。ギリシャで15分歩くのは当たり前ということを考えると、イラクリオンの博物館も要塞も繁華街も徒歩圏内です。何より空港バスがホテルの前にあるので、重い荷物を持って、ということもありません。
朝食は最高でした。チーズの種類もあって、出来立ての玉子焼きとフルーツもありました。ちょっとしたリゾート気分を味わえて朝からテンション上がりました。
スタッフの皆さんも普通に親切でしたよ。めちゃくちゃ文句言ってる人はどんな高級ホテル泊まりに来たのでしょう？？？

Cons:

排水溝とかの古さは仕方ないんじゃないでしょうか？掃除はされていたので問題ありません。（掃除のスタッフも感じ良かったです）
ただシーツ一枚の上掛けは慣れません。お布団被りたい…。

Excellent value for money. Helpful friendly staff
Pros:

Book a family room for 5 and it suited our needs perfectly. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us when the original one booked was cancelled by the taxi firm.

Parking was 10 euros, really dodgy. The rooms themselves are unbelievably out dated. The staff might as well have not been there. This was just a night stop for us in between travel I wouldn't stay longer.

Sadece merkeze yakındı, bulunduğu çevre kalmak istemeyeceğiniz türden.

Cons:

İnternet sitesindeki görsellerle gerçek odaların alakası yok. Fotoğraflar gerçek değil. Banyoda sadece 1 küçük sabun var, duş kabini kırık, sifon çalışmıyor. Klima filtresi belli ki hiç temizlenmemiş.

Notte nel cuore di Heraklion
Pros:

Posizione molto buona, vicinissima al centro della città; la colazione è variegata, abbondante, anche se non abbiamo potuto usufruire del caffè, causa guasto della macchina.

Cons:

La pulizia e le dimensioni della camera sono assolutamente non corrispondenti alle immagini e non all’altezza. L’accoglienza da parte del personale è da rivedere

Very comfortable
Pros:

It is a very decent hotel at the center of Heraklion. Transport to the airport is very easy. I just crossed the street for the bus stop and there is a bus to the airport every twent minutes.

City Hotel mit guter lage
Pros:

- Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei unserem verlorenen Koffer wurde auf Anfrage bei der Fluggesellschaft nachtelefoniert und auch bei der schwierigen Taxi suche hat die Rezeption unterstützt.

-Sehr gute Lage: Das Stadtzentrum sowie der Hafen sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein einfaches Cityhotel.

-Zimmergröße für ein Stadthotel ausreichend.

Cons:

- Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Besonders im Badezimmer gab es einige Mängel.

- Unser Zimmer (108) lag schräg gegenüber einem Personalraum. In der ersten Nacht war dort starker Rauchgeruch wahrnehmbar, der sich auch im Flur bemerkbar machte.

- Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus dem Flur, Türen und andere Gäste waren deutlich zu hören.

- Die Hauptstraße ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern zwar nicht extrem laut, aber laute Motorräder oder Personen draußen waren deutlich wahrnehmbar.

- Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und ohne Duschabtrennung, wodurch nach dem Duschen der Boden nass war.

- Das Frühstück hat uns persönlich nicht überzeugt: sehr überschaubare Auswahl und künstlich schmeckender Orangensaft.

- Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut.
