Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente

Cons:

La zona es muy ruidosa, afuera hacen joda todo el tiempo y nosotras estábamos en una habitación con vista al mar, re linda pero ruidosa

Pros:

La comida es. La misma todos los dias. No vale la pena pagar. El todo incluido. La comida es repetitiva y de mal sabor todos los días llegan los huevos con cáscara es horrible y el haga sabe fatal la que dan en el hotel. Y no ponen hielo en ningún lado.

Pros:

Me hospede en la parte nueva del hotel, que es muy muy linda. La habitacion super amplia, con vista al mar que es alucinante, y la cama super comoda! Cuentan con agua caliente en duchas. Y la ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable. Pero de todas maneras relacion precio calidad, contemplando el valor que pagas porque es un "All inclusive", las comidas me parecieron bien tirando a mal, muy basico y poca variedad. De bebidas no tenes gaseosas, solo agua y jugos/batidos, o bien tragos clasicos con alcohol. Pero insisto es raro que en un all inclusive, no te den Coca cola. La barra de tragos tambien nos parecio que le faltaba un poco, no salian muy ricos los tragos. El lugar esta bien, pero podria estar muchisimo mejor si ajustan un par de cosas.

El personal del restaurante, la falta de insumos (alimentos), la demora en reposición y escasa variedad de comidas, tardanza en la entrega de bebidas, el agua fría al bañarse. Había un restaurante en reparación del cual no se nos notificó con anticipación

Muy costoso para su oferta, un menú BÁSICO

La ubicación excelente y la habitación linda con vista al mar .

Cons:

Tienen un comedor improvisado el cual no da abasto para tantos turistas, tienen un solo baño para mujeres en el área de comedor y piscina el cual no es suficiente y ademas fuera de servicio, en tres días no me facilitaron elementos básicos de aseo como shampo , acondicionador y jabón.
