Muy costoso para su oferta, un menú BÁSICO

La ubicación excelente y la habitación linda con vista al mar .

Cons:

Tienen un comedor improvisado el cual no da abasto para tantos turistas, tienen un solo baño para mujeres en el área de comedor y piscina el cual no es suficiente y ademas fuera de servicio, en tres días no me facilitaron elementos básicos de aseo como shampo , acondicionador y jabón.

Pelo preço que pagamos, esperávamos mais do serviço do hotel.
Pros:

Localização era boa e a vista do apartamento maravilhosa.
Os recepcionistas foram bastante atenciosos e educados.

Cons:

Cerveja servida quente.
Atendimento no salão e restaurantes da piscina demorados, principalmente para recolher pratos na mesa e levar talheres.
Na saída tive que carregar todas as malas, pois não disponibilizaram ninguém para retirá-las do quarto.

The location is great, and the lobby is pleasant. The bell staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I booked an ocean view room with 1 queen bed. The room we were given was on a low floor in the old section of the hotel. There was barely an ocean view, and there were 3 beds in the room with very little room to move around. The room was in a terrible state and needed many repairs. The wallpaper was peeling, outlets were hanging from the wall, there was little in the way of furnishings or finish, and there was no drinkable water in the room. It was an awful first night.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas. La pileta muy linda

Cons:

La comida y mala organización a la hora de la misma, pocas cantidades, la gente se abalanzaba rápido a servirse. No respetaban horarios ya que más de media hora antes de que acabara el servicio de almuerzo cena o desayuno ya dejaban de reponer comida

Le pusimos buena onda para pasar una estadía buena con mi familia pero sentimos que nos estafaron ya que pagamos 2.400 d

La cercanía a la playa. La habitación en la torre nueva.

Cons:

El Hotel tiene dos torres! Primero nos dieron una habitación en una torre antigua, que estaba bastante deteriorada y al reclamar que las fotos que muestra booking no eran similares a la realidad al manifestar mi intención de cancelar la reserva recien ahi nos cambiaron de habitación! El All inclusive que ofrecen no es real. El buffet no es internacional. Tampoco es similar a lo que muestra Las fotos, es resto de las instalaciones son pasables! Pero pagamos 5.400 usd aprox por un servicio mucho menor. Con 3000 podríamos haber alquilado otro hotel más lejos de la playa pero con mejores prestaciones. NO ES RECOMENDABLE EL ALL INCLUSIVE perdimos 2.400 usd aprox en eso y tuvimos que almorzar y cenar en restaurantes.

El cierre de piscina muy temprano .la comida muy básica esperabamos una comida mas lujosa acorde con el precio.al igual que la habitación también demasiado simple

Realmente la alimentación relación precio es muy mala, no hay variedad, los snacks muy malos, esta muy sobre valorado como hotel all Inclusive.
Si se debe hacer caso a los comentarios que han hecho otros huéspedes referente a la alimentación para tomar la decisión de reservar.

o quarto e otimo sensacional, a vista e localizacao sao perfeitas. Proximo de tudo e muito facil acesso.

recomendo o hotel pela localizacao e pelo otimo quarto que possuem, chuveiro, cama tv tudo de otima qualidade

o all inclusive é pessimo, as comidas pessimas
o cafe da manha tem nota 5/10

agora o almoco e jantar 2/10
eu preferi comer fora do que comer la, pela hotel, quarto e loalizacao super vale a pena, agora pelo all inclusive, de jeito nenhum
