Pros:

Instalações muito precárias! Quarto deixa muito a desejar. O estado dos Colchões, travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas não é apresentável. O café da manhã é bem ruim e os estacionamento próximo ao hotel cobram um absurdo a diária. Logo, foca-se mal hospedado e pagasse um preço alto. Não se trata de um hotel simples, ele não tem condições básicas para receber os hóspedes. Dá forma que está o preço deveria ser infinitamente menor. As toalhas de banho não tem a menor condição de uso e o aspecto dos lençóis é péssimo. O suporte das toalhas são pregos. É tem formigas por tudo.

Pros:

Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã dentro do que desejava, geladeirinha com congelador me quebrou um galho. Localização ótima.
